Afternoon.

Friday seems to have come around very quickly, perhaps because it's UKOPS week, or maybe there are just less days in the week now.

It was another very pleasing night for numbers, coming in 18% above the same night last year. Best performers were the Main (£21,000 v £17,700), Mini (£5,580 v £4,660) & Turbo (£4,900 v £3,850).

All good so far then, though numbers may be affected over the weekend due to fireworks parties & of course there's two very big events on Sunday (£530 HR & £40,000 Main) both of which have a large degree of jeopardy.

As usual, before we start, here's a look at the Top 10 & ties in the UKOPS Leaderboard BEFORE last night's schedule. Likely to be a change at the top today as the leader @destinycod was MIA last night.

The opener went to @Clipboard. Not got much data on him, though I am sure his best ever score was winning that Sunday Night £6k BH two years ago, & he won a Sheriff last year, but that's about it for significant scores.

@bossquaid has had a challenging month or so so would have been pleased with 2nd. He's had a great year though, the highlights of which were winning two Mains & a Mini.

3rd was @jas69 who does well in late night stuff although 75% of his volume is in DYM's.

My oh my, a sensational win for @sighcall who collected over £3,500. Best ever cash prior to last night? £473. Incred. Plays very few MTT's actually, has just 688 MTT's on his CV compared with over 70,000 DYM's. What a great result, he must be delighted.

@peiratis88 will have been disappointed to only make one UKOPS final before last night - & he was only 6th in that - but 2nd place here for £1,940 repairs a lot of damage.

3rd was @MikeyW94 which was his fifth - & best - FT of the Series so far.

You probably recall that @JCordy absolutely blitzed the Elim Freerolls & won free entry to just about every UKOPS, but in running 4th in last night he was making his first FT. Still, he was in for free & picked up ~£1,200, so it's all bonus.

Perhaps the surprise of the Series has been @Natnug who until last night had only made one FT, so I guess he'll have been encouraged by running 6th here. Having said that he is still a mile clear in the Sharky "2023 Most Profitable MTT-er on Sky Poker", so much so that Betfred are paying out early on him winning it.

Slowly away, finished strongly might apply to the highly rated @Jscorgie who took until Wednesday to open his account by running 3rd in the Main for a useful £1,200, and then, last night, won the Mini for £920 & was 4th in the £3k BH. Could yet figure in the UKOPS Leaderboard prize money.

@Billypckle made his third FT, which included winning Tuesday's UKOPS 31.

@grzanka has played just six UKOPS this series, but 5th place here was his 2nd FT & he was 2nd in the other one, so that's a good effort really.

@chrisbell had not played any UKOPS until last night when he played a brace, he did no good in the Mini but came out on top here. P2, W1 will do nicely.

After a win on Day 1 @FeelGroggy had gone very quiet but bounced back with a runner-up spot here.

@Froozle usually does OK in UKOPS but 5th here was only his second FT of the series.

6th was @Wigglefish who you may remember won Monday's Main for over £4,000. Mainly a DYM & cash player, so these are especially good results.

I had to do a double take when i saw this result - the winner @evo82 was playing their first MTT here since 4th November 2022, some 363 days ago. Won a Sheriff two years ago but I'm struggling to find much else of note.

2nd was @whitters95 & making his third FT of the Series was @StayOrGo in 4th.

@grinddd made this FT for the second straight night, 3rd on Wednesday, 6th last night.

The night's finale went to @RUTSTER19, & I'm pretty sure that's his maiden UKOPS triumph.

@Itsover4u was runner-up, that's his third FT from a limited number, & he's finished 2nd, 2nd & 4th.

@chrisdonkb made his 3rd FT of the Series, which includes winning Sunday's opener.

A second straight FT for @whitters95 who has made a good few Top 10 finishes & as a result is in decent position in the Leaderboard.
