    this is very old seen it before. reminds me of my neighbour I am probably among the last people that should give out social advice but this one is pretty obvious.

    you cant win with someone like that and if you apologise it will just egg them on some more. its simple decide firstly is your behaviour within the law if no you need to stop now. because whether right or wrong reasonable or not they can have you in court.

    If your behaviour is within the confines of the law then decide do you think your behaviour is reasonable if no then it is morally right to stop or adjust your behaviour if yes then screw them just ignore them.
