    Hi, I am in the Monday night takedown and Micro league but didnt see my name on the list for this. If I can join in I would be grateful. My predictions are as follows:

    Game 1. Red Star Belgrade v Manchester City - 0-2
    Game 2. Celtic v Feyenoord 1-2
    Game 3. Borussia Dortmund v Paris St Germain 2-1
    Game 4. Newcastle Utd v AC Milan 2-1

    Oh my, I'm sorry, I completely missed that. I've just looked, it WAS in my Diary, but not where I'd expect it to be. I got home from Manchester around midday & then got all caught up on the urgent stuff. Or thought I did...

    When making my selections I considered that this is the last game of the group stage and some teams have already qualified.
    Just read a bbc article that said-
    'In prize money alone, each victory in the Champions League group phase is worth €2.8m'
    So not exactly nothing to play for...

    Just a quick update for this.

    I'm having 1 of those periods where I am running badly-happens to us all. In this Mini, got up to double starting stack, and couldn't get higher.

    Had about 19k. Blinds roughly 800/1600. Picked up A9 suited. Bet 8,000, and knew I would shove on any flop. Called by K5 off. Flop 234 rainbow. I shoved, he called. River K.

    All part of the game. Much easier to bemoan my luck than mention my terrible play causing my exit in the Main :)
