This day last year

"Lovely numbers again last night, none better than the £1k Rebuy which came in at £2,010, & 7 @ 7 seeing it's best prize pool in many a moon, £1,379. Rather oddly on such a busy night, both Mega & MidEx registered small overlays.

There was a wonderful result in the Stack Builder Freeroll which fell to @letemspin- which was far & away his best ever score. Been here 15 years next month, & prior to last night his biggest score was £318 for winning Reload last year. Last night's prize? £2,700. Mainly plays cash at which he seems to do OK. As you know, players have different starting stacks in this, with a max of 10,000 - he started with just 3,000. What a result. Love to see results like this, well done @letemspin-. In 4th, off a 4,000 starting stack, was @CU180 which was easily his best result ever, and later in the evening he took down MidEx to complete a terrific session.

In the Major, @whitters95 at last got the win, having never won it before but making the Final 8 times - 2 x 2nd, 2 x 3rd, 3 x 4th & 1 x 6th. Has won Summit 3 times, & BWBH twice, several Main Events & some big UKOPS results, so I'd say his bingo card is now full. As you'd expect, a decent FT with @Swog doing nicely in 5th, having been there or thereabouts for most of the tourney. He was 2nd in Turbo too. In 6th was @91kid15 who has taken 5 years to play 39 MTT's here but has an eye-watering ABI of £101. Ran 3rd in a UKOPS HR at Xmas for his best score of £1,500.

@kaman113 plays the Mini most nights & won Sharpshooter Mini 2 years ago, and took his 2nd Mini last night, the Mini Major.

@Elderon has only featured in these threads once previously, when finishing 6th in the £5k BH in 2019, but last night he won a £7.20 satellite to it & went on to win it & collect £1,250 for his best ever result.

2023 is going well for @Ramoerrr who had already won a Major (last week), a Main & a Mega, & he added a bumper-sized Sheriff last night from a strong FT.

Danny @Itsover4u took Sharpshooter Main 8 days ago & added the Rebuy BH last night. Very pleased to see @Nitrogen is back. Returned last week after being AWOL since the Autumn & ran 4th in this last night. Very highly rated & one to keep an eye on if he hangs around.

An interesting win double for Crushy @loololollo who took the super-sized 7 @ 7 (made almost double guarantee) & the Mega which overlaid by 2 entries.

Turbo & Quickdraw went to Big Boys, with Palace Bloke taking the former & Mean Machine the latter.

@HUGHMANS took the 9 @ 9, which might just be his best result since he won Gold Rush Main in November."

A lovely busy night last night, picks of the bunch being £6,000 Sharpy Main (£7,560), & the £1,000 Sheriff which more than doubled guarantee at £2,150. It's only a few weeks since Sheriff went from 2 to 5 nights a week & I don't think it's missed once yet. It's been a very long time since Sheriff exceeded £2,000. That new £500 BH also continues to perform above expectations, making £740 last night.

@roytheboy7 took that big Sharpy Main, just over a month since he took down the Avenger Main, so that's a decent double. Big congrats to @jeni82 in 2nd for £818, easily their biggest result in 6 years & ~9,700 MTT's, that must have felt really good, & their Sharky graph is getting ever steeper.

@Bmw335car drove to victory in the Mini, which might be a PB, with the oh-so-consistent @ILIKE2FISH in 2nd. Another with much-improved results of late is @mumsie who was 4th - the 2nd time he's been 4th in the Mini in 5 nights, as he did it in Tuesday's Gold Rush Mini too.

@NOSTRI is having what might be his most consistent week ever & won the Rebuy BH. The previous night he was 3rd in a big Avenger Mini, just days after he was 3rd in Reload & 2nd in 9 @ 9.

@loololollo had (yet another) solid night, 1st in Mega, 4th in Rebuy BH & 5th in Turbo.

The supersized Sheriff went, fittingly I'd say, to @destinycod who emerged top of a very high quality podium above @SwannLoL & @AlexaAJ.

I must mention @rainallday who had a most satisfactory session. Won Quickdraw having taken down a mid-afternoon £300 BH, 3rd in a £500 BH & a deep run + a few bob in the Main.

Yesterday I mentioned that @Baboon26 was doing a bit of a 2024 self-improvement challenge & ran 2nd in MidEx, well last night he went a spot better & took the win. Going well so far then.

That'll have to do for today, golf, football NFL & Snooker await on a fabulous day of sport.
