"Lovely & busy right across the board last night, especially the £8k Main (just shy of £10k), the £5k BWBH (£7k dead), & perhaps most remarkable of all, the £1k Quickdraw coming in at over £2k, can't recall when that last happened.
The Avenger Main went the way of @neenio who 1 tabled it. Been here almost 10 years and has a 43% ROI over a near 20,000 sample size, which is admirable. Heads up @bakersdoze had a huge chip lead, 10;1 I believe, but thems the breaks sometimes, & he took it on the chin without getting mardy judging by the chat logs.
A spirited display by @Theghost92 saw him win Mini Avenger for the 2nd time in 7 weeks, & it's at least his third Mini win. He's won Reload more times than enough too so evidently does well in the (relatively) large fields here. In 3rd was Pointy Elbows himself, @HAYSIE. You coming to Brighton Tony?
Sharky rate @Hoff92 at 90 so he's very handy, & he added last night's BWBH to his impressive resume. I was chuffed to bits to see @do67 in 5th, as therein lies a a most satisfactory & pleasing story, but it's for him to tell not me. @timeforbed slept well I guess after binking the opening £1k BH.
@supercrazy so nearly won 7 @ 7 for the umpteenth time but was pipped at the post by @poker69.
Danny @Itsover4u took the Rebuy BH, and won himself a BWBH seat via satellite.
With impeccable timing as always, @Natnug won the biggest Quickdraw we've seen in a very long time.
In the 9 @ 9 @JammThis turned up for the first time in 8 nights & 1-tabled to victory. WAL.
That's it for today, Liverpool - Chelsea kicks off at 12.30, num num num."
The Main made £5,490 & it was the ratman himself who did best, aka @NOSTRI. He seems to have returned after the New Year rejuvenated, & this was his 4th Featured MTT win this year (2 x £1k Rebuy BH, 1 x £500 BH, & now a Main). It's his 6th Main event win - 4 x Marksman & 2 x Hitman. Really pleased for him, though I'm not sure why. Beat a good quality FT too, featuring some excellent players in @AlexaAJ@podraic@BWFCx & @1betufold.
@ToddBhas made several Mini FT's, including two already this year on 4th & 8th January, and he went the whole way last night to secure the win, his best ever here I believe. 2nd was @shad8604 who then went on to win a late night £300 Turbo BH. He did well in FTT last week too I seem to recall.
@Gigitygoon had his best win of the year so far when taking 9 @ 9, and may yet beat that over the weekend as he also won himself a Sunday Major seat in the Freeroll.
@bakersdoze started the year splendidly, winning both the Main & a £400 BH on New Years Day, but went off the boil a bit subsequently. He bounced back last night though in taking the new £500 BH, so maybe his luck has changed for the better.
After winning MidEx a few months ago, @nugget1968was back in the winner's circle last night clutching the 7 @ 7 Trophy. 2nd was @spearsy136 who occupied the same spot in Reload. He's making a lot of FT's but not winning many at the moment, but that's just variance really, I'm sure the wins will resume soon.
It was good to see so many less familiar faces last night, & @IronBlue was another, he won the Rebuy BH. He played New Year's Eve & then disappeared until Wednesday, so he soon got back on his winning bike.
@ibrown74 is another we do not see much of in these threads, he took Mega.
Since running 6th in the New Year's Day Main @farahas barely been seen but won last night's Quickdraw from a very strong FT indeed.
@PokerChode who took down MidEx. I have an overly curious mind - you can take that several ways - but I was interested in that alias, "PokerChode", so I googled "chode". And now I rather wish I had not. Hmm.

I only found out what that word means a couple of weeks ago. One of the lads at the tennis club (it's not posh before anyone chirps in) has the surname Clode and was being referred to as 'Chode', I found out when I asked why. I am grateful that my other half has not yet learnt that word.

A reasonable night on balance.

Sorry Keith, I could not help myself.
