    Grace O'Malley-Kumar went to my old school. An inspirational young woman, whose life was tragically cut short.

    The short answer is that the budgets have been slashed in relation to Mental Health. Many specialist mental health institutions have been sold, to be replaced by cheap fixes where many dangerous people remain in the Community, instead of receiving specialist, full time, care.
