Afternoon.

This day last year

"@yozacooper took the Main, just 2 weeks since taking down a Gold Rush Mini. Been here 15 years but only played 888 MTT's. Until last night, biggest wins were in 2009 & 2012, but last night's result was comfortably a PB. Has played the Main & nothing else the last 4 nights, so persistence got the job done. By contrast, the runner-up has only been here 2 months, but this was another PB, so well done @Sparkgoat who seems a good kid.

@LuVinIT playing just their 5th game this year took the Mini. @aynaricol was, quite remarkably, runner-up for the 2nd straight night & 3rd time in the last 5 attempts. In ~350 runner fields that's extraordinary. That's her 10th Mini Final without a win, so it should surely come soon, though she did bink a super-sized £5,000 guarantee UKOPS Mini a while back. Needs to try harder.

Big shoutout to @darryn1973 who won the 6.30pm £1k BH for the ELEVENTH time. He's won 7 @ 7 four times too. Bit of an early evening boss by the look of it.

@PKRPar took Mega, his 6th Featured MTT victory this year, following successes in Mini Major, Sheriff, Quickdraw, MidEx & 9 @ 9. Quite the résumé that. Can he be the first player in 2022 to win every Featured MTT?

@Jscorgie took Sheriff, just a few days after collecting £2,700 for winning Stack Builder Freeroll.

@Froozle is not far behind @PKRPar in 2022 wins, he took his 5th last night in the 9 @ 9, adding it to 7 @ 7, Turbo, Midex & Mega.

@Woebegone, twice a winner of Mega this year, took Quickdraw.

In the £1k Rebuy BH, there was a Cozy win for @powell01

Daily Forum Comp regulars won both the big Freerolls, @tmc460 taking the Rewards Fr, & @tai-gar winning a seat in the Sunday Major Freeroll."

Much delayed today, & just a brief round up.

Traffic was on the disappointing side of so-so, not really sure why, though Wednesday is rarely a great night.

The Main went to @gobbleoff (where do they get these aliases from?) and as far as I can see, it's his best result in over 10 years here. Remarkably, he seems to have won the Sunday Major Freeroll half a dozen times or more. Runner-up was @HHACKNEY & I don't know much about him or her either. I'm not exactly doing well today, am I? I can see that they won that Sunday night £5,000 BH in 2022, & as recently as last Wednesday, made the FT of Marksman Mini.

@Sculliosis sounds like some sort of dermatological complaint, but whatever it may be, the player with that alias won the Mini, something they've long wanted to do, so at least that itch is scratched. 2nd was @Super_Oli who has been carrying all before him lately, & he did pretty well again last night - in addition to 2nd in the Mini, he was 2nd in 7 @ 7, 5th in the new £500 BH, 3rd in a £500 BH, & 5th in Sheriff. He looks like butter would not melt in his mouth, but he's a bit of a beast at the tables.

@Ironpump1 stood atop the Podium in Mega, with the lower steps occupied by @Arrogant & @Thoich. As £22 MTT's go that's some tough top 3.

Nothing like as tough as the Sheriff FT though, where @anjie1970 finished 1st ahead of @AlexaAJ @destinycod @Curt360x27 @Super_Oli & @Thoich.

@Charliepop won MidEx & was 2nd in 9 @ 9 whilst attempting to win it for the 2nd time in 6 weeks.

After being AWOL for just over a month, @Blainaboys showed up last night & won Turbo.

As you can probably tell, I'm rushing somewhat, so I'll draw stumps now, but not before congratulating @GFKIJKLL who had a nice win double of the new £500 BH & Quickdraw. Very few nights go by without him making a FT or two.

That'll have to do for today, sorry it's both late & brief. Normal service resumes tomorrow. Probably.
