Locked Account

This is probably not the right place but as I am getting nowhere with actually being able to chat or speak to anybody at Sky Bet or whoever, I hope that this can be seen and escalated to the right person in order to resolve my issue.

On Thursday, I attempted to access one of the sites administered by Sky Bet, Soccer 6. I put in my username and pin and got a message stating my account was locked. I tried with Sky Poker, Sky Bet and Sky Fantasy Football (all four sites I use). Exactly the same ‘account locked’.

I was sent a link by @Tikay10 to assist me and following an automated email from Sky Bet, I changed my pin and gained access. I naturally thought that was it, sorted.

No.

Today, trying to check on my Soccer 6 predictions, using the new pin from Thursday, I got ‘account locked’ again. Same on Sky Bet etc. So, I followed the same procedure and was asked to put in a new pin, again and have got access.

However, my faith in being able to continue to use the latest pin the next time I want to access my account has gone.

What is going on? Why on two consecutive occasions on separate days have I got this message and have to change my pin each time? Can someone please get someone to make direct contact with me because the live chat/messenger is no help as it is all automated A1 type responses which doesn’t help.

    This, obviously, is not good at all & I can only apologise.

    I can't really help in these situations, I'm strictly not permitted, but I will scratch my head over the weekend & try & think who may be able to help, & if so, make them &/or you aware.

    @Tikay10 Thank you. That is all I want. I know you are at ‘arms length’ and then some from customer accounts but I was getting so frustrated at the inability to actually be able to speak or live chat or messenger with a human! A1 won’t allow for anything out of the ordinary.

    My apologies for taking up your time or posting on here for this matter but I had run out of ideas!

    Just wanted to say I've not forgotten this, but equally, I'm not really making any progress. As you note, they don't let me near this sort of stuff - probably very wisely - so it's a bit of a struggle to find the right people.

    I'll beaver away though & maybe find an opening.

    If you scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'contact us' below need more help you will be able to talk to live chat which is in my experience is always a real person rather than an automated bot. Just write about your problem in the enter query box press continue then you'll be able to access the live support.

    Definitely talk to live chat about it.

    My account got locked a few days ago; I'd been on Skybet the evening before without issue, so it was all pretty random.
    Tried to change PIN a couple of times in the following days but got a ''technical error'' message each time.

    Went on live chat, answered the security questions and the person at the other end unlocked my account.

    No reason given why it got locked in the first place though, but all resolved pretty quickly.
