Morning.

This day last year

It's Super Bowl Sunday, meaning a very late night indeed, so that's my excuse for a short review today, as I need to have an extended afternoon nap.

Sharpshooter Main made a most pleasing £7,500, & it was @scotty2118 who took top spot, easily his best result in his 12 years here. It was the first MTT he's played since 4th January, & he single-tabled it. Decent FT too, as he was followed home by the likes of @IamAll_En @ILIKE2FISH & @neenio.

@debbie2927 took the junior version, with @bigfatfish in 3rd, in fact Mr BFF was not far shy of FTJ cash as he was 17th in the Main, but it was still a decent night for him as he won the Rebuy BH.

Mega went to @terrytwomore who is always entertaining in the chat box.

On Sunday @king1loui3 was 3rd in the £5k BH for nearly £600, & last night he followed up by winning 9 @ 9.

Turbo went to @cobobut who was playing his first & only MTT since before Christmas, single-tabling, & took the win.

Reload & MidEx went to the vastly experienced @ozzieowen & @StayOrGo respectively.

@the_unit has not been spotted here in MTT's since this time last year, when he won his seat to SPT Brighton, & he did exactly the same thing last night. The other seat went to @gregos619 and there was £200 in cash for SPT regular @__Assassin so that's 80% of his buy-in sorted.

And finally.....

The opening £1,000 BH went to @Moon_River of whom I know nothing, and who is not on Sharky. But his alias does give me the chance to post a video of the song of the same name. The song is over 60 years old & was famously adopted by Andy Williams, & you might be forgiven for thinking who is interested in a rendition of a 60 year old "standard" from the Great American Songbook? Well that was before Eric Clapton & the late Jeff Beck blessed us with this astonishing version. Note how Jeff somehow makes a guitar sound like a human voice. Just lovely.
