This day last year
"@pokarito took the Main, the 7th time he's done so in his 15 years here. Curiously, his best two results were both for being runner-up, once in a big UKOPS in 2015, & a year later in a Major. Runner-up @GuyL2 is top class, has won 4 or 5 Mains, plus a Major around 6 months ago.
There was a shock winner of the Mini as @Duesenberg triumphed. He's more of a cash game player really, much higher volume, & nicely profitable, but interestingly, despite much lower volume, he's made more money at MTT's where he has an ROI of over 50%. Claims to be a nit, but needs to be careful as he could get prosecuted for misleading advertising.
@snoxx11, who can boast two Summit wins, took the 9 @ 9.
Turbo & Quickdraw went to @GFKIJKLL & @loololollo respectively.
@R_Outlaw is low volume, & in taking the £1k BH he secured his 2nd best result in his 12 years here.
7 @ 7 went to @RUSHIE who also won it once last year.
@phuse came out best in the Rebuy BH, he has plenty of big scores, best of which was over £4,000 for a big UKOPS in 2016.
We had the first 2023 SPT Vegas Quarter Final, & @Froozle @Super_Oli & @MISTY4ME all safely qualified for Sunday's Semi at the first time of asking.
Finally, there was a spectacular win for @Spike4000 in the Rewards Freeroll. Spectacular? Faced with registration difficulties (not his fault) & with 35 minutes gone, once in he sextupled his stack to 12,000 within a few minutes (literally, I'm not exaggerating) & went on to win it. Very very pleasing. Well done Spikey, never give up, eh?"

Traffic was OK. The Major topped £13,000 which is decent for time of year, with just two spots of overlay - Mini Major (as usual) & 5 entries shy in 9 @ 9.
@FlynTimber won the Major, it was his 2nd "Main" win in 2024, but this one, at £3,668 was roughly 4 times what he pocketed for winning a Gold Rush in January. Has won numerous £110 Summits & BWBH's, & been 2nd in a Major & 3rd in a big UKOPS, but last night was a PB in his 10 years here. As it happens, a similar tale for @bossquaid who picked up his biggest payday ever in 2nd place. It was his third Major FT, the previous two resulted in 3rd & 5th places. The win is only a matter of time imo. @Vertigo completed a 1-2-3 of PB's as it was his best result here too, narrowly beating his win in a UKOPS Turbo last November. We can go a step further actually, as it was a PB for 4th placed @toffollo too though he's only played 60 odd MTT's here.
The Mini Major went to @elvisg1972 but as he's excused himself from Sharky, there's not much I can add really.
Another who has reclused themself from Sharky is the excellent @AlexaAJ who had a lovely win double, taking both the £6,000 BH & Quickdraw.
We can add another Sharky absentee whilst we are on the subject, @Natnug, who took the 9 @ 9.
Many congrats to @JohnDoo who won MidEx for the third time in three weeks, and I know he won it at least once last year too.
Last Wednesday @mumsie won the Mini, taking home £210, & he just about beat that last night, collecting £215 for 1st place in the £1k BH. He won las week's MML too, so that is a free £33 Main Event entry up his sleeve as well.
@janis1981 was a little unlucky in the Sharpshooter 10 days ago, eventually finishing 3rd, but made no mistakes last night when winning Turbo.
For the 2nd time in a fortnight, @lukeylund1 won Mega, with @MAXALLY in 5th after winning his seat in a £1.20 All-In Sat.
