Afternoon.

This day last year

"In the Major, as an interesting (?...) aside, it's an 8pm start & the winner @LFCChris86 never registered until 9.45pm whilst the runner-up @PowerPok3r was even later, 10pm. Weird how some players like to be in from the start, whilst others prefer to leave it until much later. I was always one to be in from hand 1, not that it did me any good. The winner is low volume but nicely profitable, in fact it's his 2nd Major win, 4 years after the first. Perhaps one of the best efforts was by @glencoelad who won his seat in last night's Sunday Major Freeroll & went on to run 6th for £708, a great result for George who is a proud member of the Edinburgh Massive. On a similar note, @lekski also won his seat in the same Freeroll & went on to run 11th for £264.

In the Mini version, @froozle got home ahead of @rancid . @Froozle must enjoy Sundays, last week he took down the £5k BH.

Yesterday morning @platinum4 was 3rd in a little £3.30 entry £100 BH, after which he logged off, then returned last night to take the £33 entry £5k BH, which made £6,000 even. Must mention the runner-up @davtherav who last Sunday won the Mini Major for his biggest ever cash here, then beat that last night, so his best two cashes have both come in the last week.

@113 recently won Summit, & was 5th in Friday's BWBH, & his form continued as he took Mega.

@StayOrGo played a limited schedule (5 MTT's if we exclude sats) but it went vey well - 1st in Turbo, 4th in the Major (won seat in a satellite) & 5th in Sheriff.

The Rebuy BH went the way of @Natnug who was also prominent for a long way in the Major before finishing 5th, & he was also 6th in both Turbo & Quickdraw. One of those "nearly but not quite" nights for the Nugster.

Playing his first & only MTT for a month, @Lholloway took the opening £1k BH.

The Vegas Semi was, unsurprisingly, a real toughie. By the way, the next (& penultimate) Vegas Final is next Sunday, a week earlier than one might expect, so as to avoid clashing with SPT Glasgow. Last night's 6 qualifiers were @johnmonty @stack_u @TheSaw @Mickey83 @blindpoet & @FeelGroggy. Tough old semi, that."
