Afternoon.

This day last year

"Starting with the Vegas Final where three more players booked their passage, @chrisdonkb (who is an SPT regular & recent SPT winner), @jody12 who is a personable lad who finalled SPT Brighton a few months ago (7th, I think), & @james12212 who I'm not familiar with. The award for most painful bubble of the year went to @FeelGroggy. There was a monster hard luck story of a very unusual nature for @MISTY4ME who was amongst the last 5 & in OK shape when he was obliged to log off. Now that IS a bad beat, tough break Jez.

In the Major, a thoroughly well-deserved win for @destinycod. Very good player indeed, & if I were still playing, I'd pay him to coach me, he has such a great understanding of the game. He also won his 2nd seat to Glasgow, & ran 6th in Mega. @duonross, twice a Mini winner in the last fortnight, was a very fine 5th. We came close to a FTJ payout as @LittleGJ ran 7th in the Major & 13th in the Mini.

Mr Tomb @tomb1793 had a wonderful night, won a Major seat in the Freeroll, then won the Mini Major. If the name rings a bell it's because he's the chap who won £1,000 of UKOPS seats in a Promo two years on the spin. Did pretty well in the UKOPS too, seem to recall two great runs in High Rollers.

@Skipper151 was table Captain in the £5k BH which he single tabled, just three days after running 4th in Reload, so quite a step up in class.

There was the usual smattering of wins for heavy hitters, including @StayOrGo (Mega), @Jscorgie (Sheriff) & @GFKIJKLL (Turbo).

@scottie73 won 9 @ 9 for the third time in a month, & he made it a 1-2-3 by finishing 2nd in a £150 BH & 3rd in a £100 BH, both of them in the early hours of this morning.

The Rebuy BH fell to @mnolan8317 who was twice a winner of boomlet Sunday Majors, with a combined win value of ~£10,000."
