Who won what, Monday 20th May. Huge win for EKC, metapro has a great session

Morning.
This day last year
"By way of a change, we'll start with Summit today, which went to Palace Bloke @cpfc_2010. We don't see much of him these days, this was just his 6th MTT since running 2nd in the Main last Wednesday. He'll be at SPT Glasgow next week though, you can bank on that. 2nd was @TIMBER, with @NChanning 3rd. He won Saturday's Turbo, so he seems to be in fine form.
There was a delightful result in the Main which went to @gogogadget. Quite odd really, never seen him play a £30-er before, plays the occasional MidEx & other £20ers, but mainly plays at the sort of £2 to £5 level where he has a very high ROI. Never won a satellite either, just paid straight in. Been here since 2011, but only really began playing MTT's regularly last year. This was far & away his best ever win, the previous being a Mini Avenger just before last Christmas. Has won several Reloads. Great result Mr Gadget. 2nd was @destinycod, who also won Mega, these two results coming just 48 hours after he won Sunday's Major. He bubbled the SPT Glasgow Semi too, though he has won 2 seats already. @Tsaaaar could almost smell FTJ cash, 3rd in the Main & a frustrating 8th in the Mini. 6th was @F_Ivanovic aka Tennis Bloke, who I don't recall seeing here for a while, but maybe I am mistaken. Used to be a very prominent regular, & a useful Forum poster, but sadly it's been a while since he posted.
@baxter21 played all the Gold Rush Main All-In Sats without any joy, so instead he played the Mini & came 1st, so it all worked out nicely in the end. Attempting to win the Mini for the third time this month, @duonross came up just short in 5th.
@MacMonster seems to be on something of a roll, he won Monday's 7 @ 7 & last night he took Reload.
@PKRPar looked like coming up dry after bricking the Main, Mini, Mega, Summit & 9 @ 9 but got himself out of it by winning Turbo, the last one he played.
In the opener, @Brunzz came out best, winning it for the 2nd time in 2 months & the 3rd time in a year.
@lukeylund9 does exceptionally well in the £1k Rebuy BH, & won it for the 3rd time since last month & 4th time since November.

MTT traffic was not bad for a late May Monday, with a clean sweep of guarantees hit with the exception of ONE entry (£5) in the Mini. Think Sky will happily take that. No live football on TV helped I guess. Apart from the FA Cup Final & the Champo Playoff, both this weekend there's very little football on TV now until the Euros start on June 14th. Don't know what I'll do with myself every evening until then. Maybe play some poker, now that'd be a thing.
The £4,000 Marksman Main came in at £4,860 with @EKC taking the win. Tends to single table & that was the case last night. Is in his 16th year with Sky Poker & as far as I can tell this was far & away his biggest win ever. In fact, I can only trace two previous featured MTT wins - a MidEx & the nightly PLO8, both of which he's won once, so this was a monsta result for him. 2nd was @LittleGJ who does so well off an ABI of about a fiver. This was above his normal buy-in range, & was his 9th best score lifetime, the best of which was 4th in a huge boomlet Major in 2021. Playing just his 11th MTT on Sky Poker this month, heavy-hitter @Tedson was 4th. In 6th was @Drewett, who is becoming something of a Main Event specialist. In May alone he made 5 Main Event FT's - 6th in a Major, 2nd in a Gold Rush, 2nd & 5th in Hitmans & 6th in last night's Marksman. In 5th was none other than @HAYSIE. Think I've run out of adjectives to describe him - obdurate, opiniated, pointy-elbowed, stubborn, argumentative & so on don't really do him justice, he's all of those & more. Think we should run a Forum Comp to find the best adjective to describe the crusty old ****.
@gobbleoff - aka The Notorious gobbleoff - won the Mini. He does OK, & this was in his Top 20 of all time best results, the best of which was 2nd in a Major in March of this year. He's also won a Main, in fact he's a member of that elite group of players who has filled every position - 1st to 6th - on Main Event Final Tables.
I was pleased to see @grinddd win the Mega, as it gives me the opening to mention that he won Sunday's £5,000 BH, which I clean forgot to do yesterday.
@metapro has been AWOL for best part of a week but returned in grand style last night. Won THREE All-In Sats to the Main & another to Sheriff, & in fact went on to win Sheriff. He started playing mid-afternoon, & in total his haul was 2nd in a £200 BH, 2nd in another £200 BH, 5th in a £500 BH, 2nd in 7 @ 7, 3rd in a £300 BH & 1st in Sheriff, won three sats to the Main & one sat to Sheriff. Impressive binkage right there. Has a most impressive CV which includes 1st place in two Mains, a UKOPS, a BWBH, a Mini Major & a Mini Roller.
Dazzy @thedazzman has been a little quiet this month by his usual standards but returned to winning ways last night by taking the Rebuy BH.
@Natnug & @AlexaAJ enjoyed a win apiece in Turbo & Quickdraw respectively. Between them they might well have won more featured MTT's this month than any other 2 players but I rarely mention them or give them credit, as there's only so many times I can say how good they are or BSUTA.
After the excitement of the Vegas Final on Sunday it feels like the circus has left town, but it all started again last night & the quarter final had three winners in @bakersdoze @gixxerk4 & @MAXALLY. Alan has had more bubbles than enough in Vegas satellites, so I was pleased he booked his Semi Final seat at the first time of asking.
Finally, & in the "How do these things happen?" department, @ctbn became the first player to win FOUR seats to SPT Glasgow, with the other seat going to @wineli which was his third. Don't really know what to say about @ctbn except that if anyone needs 4 bites at SPT Glasgow it's him, he's so so bad.
