What to do if I've won a satellite?

So I won a Glasgow Tour satellite a week or two ago.

According to the small print online someone should be contacting me to confirm details. Haven't had anything yet. Has anyone else?

Is that what will happen or am I meant to just turn up to the casino on the day I want to play and sort it out there?

Couldn't find an email to just ask Sky Poker themselves.

I'm sorry you don't appear to have received an e-Mail. I honestly have no idea how that all works, maybe they've not sent them out yet, maybe it went to your Spam Folder, I've no idea - but it does not matter. You won a seat to SPT Glasgow, that's it, you are good to go. Incidentally, if you look in the SPT Glasgow Lobby, you are listed there;

So, all you have to do now is turn up on either the Friday or the Saturday, & go to the Registration Desk, Sky Poker will have given them the names of all qualifiers, including you. Note that you MUST go to the Registration Desk & Register, even though you've won a seat. You are NOT in the Tournament until you register at the desk. Unless you are happy to Late Reg, I would advise turning up around 45 minutes before the Tournament starts so as to avoid the possibility of ending up in a queue of Alternates.

If you encounter any problems, just ask for either me, ( Tony Kendall aka "tikay") or the boss, James Gavaghan.

Double checked and my email is correctly registered on the app but no contact in any of my email folders including spam.

I hate to knock SKYPOKER because I know how difficult things can be, but I agree wholeheartedly with Phil here..... and especially with regard to NEW PLAYERS to the Site who have never been to an SPT before. Getting an e-mail the day before the Tournament starts isn't really good enough

I know there may well be reasons why the Satellites start so near to the SPT Tournament now (I know VEGA$ is different obviously) , but I'm sure satellites used to start at least 4 or 5 weeks before the Target Event, and then finish the weekend before. Now with satellites running right up to the day before, it doesn't leave much time to book Hotels (which are going to be more expensive ! )Transport, sort Diary out etc. for those of us who can only go if they win a Seat.

......and would it be possible to let us know as soon as possible, if there will be another SPT after Manchester, later this Year

It used to be the case that if you were excluded from any of Sky Bet, or Bingo etc etc you wouldn't receive emails about these things. Something along those lines anyway.
