After my recent email too skybernie regarding the ongoing excess poker points,
i received the following info :
Skypoker [ skybernie ] will deduct 1000 points from all yes all our accounts ,
from friday onwards and there after every friday .
this is compulsory i stress you can not opt out .
the value of the freeroll is £ 100 pounds total prize pool .
so say 5,000 players are thrown in ,
thats 5 millon poker points ,
the winner of this freeroll if very very very lucky,
will get about a tener for winning this freeroll.
this is the worst value for money ever on any pokersite .
i note they have not this freeroll in lobby yet,
we can stop it ,
post your protest on here and let bernie know your thoughts on
this plan of his .

Seems a strange plan to say the least, so after a year is it feasible i could end up owing Sky approx 50,000 pts ?
Hope they take green shield stamps in exchange, as my wife has about 50,000 which she has kept for the last 20yrs or so.
I know your in another Country, but what time zone is it?
Is this a joke? It's not April the 1st over there is it?
The points belong to the PLAYERS not Skypoker !!
They cant just deduct thousands of PLAYER points Willy Nilly ??
Unless Mr M has got the hump because he has to give up some of his sports TV to other company's according to the 'Standard of Fair Trading' who said,
"Sky TV were running a monopoly on their Sports and Film channels" !!
It looks like some will go to the "Free" Channels"
Maybe Skypoker want to call in all the 'Player Points' in protest against the 'Standard of Fair Trading', seems a bit undemocratic if they did, it would be a bit like saying ,
"It's our ball and were not playing anymore" !
The plot thickens ??
PS today is March 31st as Trev says ,,,Not April 1st )
Hi Jimbo,
Please read the post again and then have a quick look at the calendar and what date we may be approaching.
ok its a pre april fools joke lol !
now wheres that bernie guy !
It's completely beyond comprehension that people could actually fall for this sort of stuff.
For the avoidance of doubt, & for those that have fallen for it - it's not true. And it was started by IrishRover, not Sky Poker.
There is no smoke without fire, as the saying goes lool - please reply with another saying.
There's no fool like and old fool!!! lool
