Why am I not allowed to enter 1830 freeroll on Friday 31/5/24 as I accumulated enough points last week and have entered every night this week but tonight just keep getting your not allowed ?
Sorry about this guys (& Paula). Any other night I could have either spoken to James to investigate or just put you in, it just happened to be on a very rare night when I'm not around.
It's an awkward weekend, as Sky James & I are both up here in Glasgow for the SPT. It's almost unheard of for him & be to be "away" from the Computer at the same time.
I sent him a note late last night & I'll see him later today. Either he will respond further on here or I will, even if just to explain what went wrong.

What went wrong?
Sky Poker only employs 2 or 3 people these days.
And you do a really good job at providing a presence.
Everybody has perks in a job. 1 of yours is that you effectively get entered into a £60,000 freeroll (for you) at an SPT. Together with Expenses etc. It is not just a freebie-you are doing valuable work networking and being the faces of Sky Poker.
So there is a problem of perception. Lots of people end up denied being in a £1,000 freeroll. So 2 or 3 people can be in a £60,000 freeroll.
There are various costs for Sky in running an SPT. What is not currently in the Budget is for someone to be able to mind the shop while you are away.
As an example, this was the 5th of 5 freerolls. There could have been a list created of who had played in any of the last 4. Or they could all have been entered to ensure fairness. You will have procedures in place to resolve this exact issue. What you did not have was someone to implement them.
Sky Poker need to pay someone to mind the shop. Just occasionally. For SPTs. When you go on holiday. When you need a break. Someone already employed at SkyBet. To be the alternate you need.
As you know, the Rewards Freeroll usually runs Monday to Friday inclusive, but not at weekends.
To try & make amends for last night, when only 349 of the usual ~600 or so were able to enter, it will now run again TONIGHT (Saturday) with the usual £1,000 Prize Pool. The usual entry requirements still apply.
Here's a link to the Lobby. Please note Registration does not open until 4pm or 5pm. (Sorry, I'm unsure which).
