Can we add more 3.15 HU

Hi there, been playing 2.10 hu. Would it be possible to add some 3.15s, there is only a hyper version, could you add normal speed, speed and perhaps turbo.
ps also theres been a HU at 1.05 level (turbo) been playing since the 9th of may as the 2 players mustnt have logged in. perhaps the turbo level needs an extra 1 or 2 levels so this cant happen. They must be tired they have only been playing 990 hours lol.
