Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is available to individuals aged 18 years and over who have registered as customers of Sky Poker.

2. Double Points Month runs from 00:00:00 on 1st July 2024 to 23:59:59 on July 31st 2024. All poker points earned in sessions which start after 00:00:00 GMT on Mondays and end before 23:59:59 GMT on Sundays will qualify for the weekly rewards. Please note: Poker Points are credited to your account when you leave the table.

3. All real money games are eligible to award double points. i.e instead of Tournaments and Sit & Gos awarding 10 points for every £1 in rake they will award 20 points. Instead of Cash tables awarding 6 points for every £1 in rake they will award 12 points.

4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Jump Start i.e you will only receive double points and not 4x points when playing 2-3 handed cash games.

5. Poker points earned in one week cannot be carried over to be used in a future week, they will have no value and will not count towards any future Sky Poker Rewards payout.

6. Rewards will be credited within 48 hours after the end of each week during the Promotional Period.

7. The Rewards Freerolls run every Monday to Friday, beginning at 6:30pm and have a £1,000 daily prizepool.

8. Customers must have earnt a minimum of 50 poker points in the previous week in order to be eligible to register for the Rewards Freerolls. The Freerolls have a 2,500 entry cap, and will operate on a first come first served basis.

9. Customers must have earned between 100-499 poker points to receive a £2.30 Tournament Token. Only players that fit into this rewards bracket will receive a token. The £2.30 tournament tokens will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue, and can be used together with other tournament tokens. The token can only be used to enter Multi-Table Tournaments and Sit & Go's - it cannot be used on Cash Poker.

10. Customers earning between 500-999 poker points will receive a 1p bonus for every poker point they earn between these amounts.

11. Customers earning between 1,000-1,499 poker Points will receive a 1.25p bonus for every poker point they earn between these amounts.

12. Customers earning between 1,500-1,999 poker Points will receive a 1.5p bonus for every poker point they earn between these amounts.

13. Customers earning 2,000+ poker points will receive a 2p bonus for every Poker Point they earn over 2,000 Poker Points.

14. Customers who earn 10,000 or more poker points in the month will receive rakeback alongside their Sky Poker Rewards weekly payout.

14a. Customers who earn: • 10,000-19,999 Poker Points will receive a 10% Rakeback • 20,000-29,999 Poker Points will receive a 12.5% Rakeback • 30,000-49,999 Poker Points will receive a 15% Rakeback • 50,000+ Poker Points will receive a 20% Rakeback. Rakeback means the percentage of your rake you will receive back as part of this promotion. For more information on rake please see here.

15. All Poker Point bonuses will be rounded to the nearest full pence.

16. Poker Points are earned in accordance with these rules.

17. All cash bonuses quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP). If an account is held in Euros then the cash bonus amount will be converted at the relevant exchange rate provided by Sky Poker's banking partner on the day the bonus is credited.

18. Sky Betting and Gaming may increase the prizes offered at our discretion from time to time.

19. The Sky Poker Rewards points toolbar or counter that displays poker points and cash bonuses, is for display purposes only. Sky Betting and Gaming will not be responsible for any errors within the display and the Sky Poker Rewards bonus will be credited based on the poker points actually earned.

20. Customers previously excluded from Sky Betting and Gaming Promotions will not be eligible to claim this promotion.

21. Sky Poker have the right, at their reasonable discretion, to alter, amend or terminate this promotion at short notice and without notification.

22. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
