Has the validity period for these changed?
I know it is entirely my own fault I keep forgetting that I have these and by the time I go to use them, they are no longer there.
It seems to happen quicker than it used to

    Do you play on mobile, as this uses the token before your cash balance as soon as its available, and does not give the option to use or not.

    Not normally but do sometimes play the odd game when away travelling with work which I did this week Mon-Wed.
    I got a £2.30 token on Monday and went to use it last night in a £3.30 DYM and it wasn't there.
    This explains why I have lost several lately, I thought it was because I'd left them too long and they had expired. I normally save them until I have a few and play the 7@7 or similar.
    Just checked T&Cs and they last for 90 days and I have never left one that long.

    Always knew Sky software was bad but this is shocking.
