I would imagine that there will be some pretty awkward questions being asked of those tasked with protecting him. The shooter was on a roof 400 yards away from where he was speaking in prime position for a relatively easy shot (assuming a decent level of marksmanship), surely they have drones etc up in order to check out ALL the likely positions for would be shooters. It's very much a fail if your protection team is taking the shooter out after he fires off shots. Someone dropped the ball.

Although on a lighter note the FBI said several shots missed. The Scottish football team have been asked to account for their whereabouts at the time.
