    Still wondering how Vegas went...?

    @HUGHMANS

    Definitely not forgotten, feet now touched the ground since I got back a week ago today.

    Morning.

    Typically for a Monday, traffic was subdued, although everything covered guarantee except Mega & MidEx, both of which missed by just one entry. There was actually Live football on TV, St Johnstone v Aberdeen (& a very good match it was), plus of course the Olympics continue. The English Championship resumes on Friday, with the Premier League following a week later, so poker has those to contend with soon. Always something, eh?

    In the Main, @Deanoboy1 showed up for the first time in 3 weeks, played a £7.20 satellite, won his seat, then went on to win the Main itself, one-tabling all the way. Been here 5 years, during which time has played just 52 MTT's, & last night was the very first time he's made the FT of a Featured MTT. Maybe we'll see more of him now he's got the taste. Runner-up was the consistent @Kahuna96 & that's his 2nd Main Event runner-up spot in 10 days, as he occupied the same spot in Avenger Main 10 days ago. Pleasingly, I noticed he won the "big" nightly PLO8 on Friday, always good to see players who enjoy a bit of the thinking person's game.

    After no thread mentions in the 11 years he's been here @reaper446 managed a deep run in Friday's Avenger Mini to set himself up to harvest a win in last night's Mini. In 3rd was @Doubleme who has a decent CV which includes winning two weekday Mains (Marksman & Predator). I notice that - according to Sharky (not always 100% accurate) - David is fast approaching £10,000 of profit from 9,400 MTT's in his 10 years here.

    We saw another thread newbie break his duck as @Papismash who has been here some 18 months & only clocked up 65 MTT's, took Mega.

    The trend continued in 9 @ 9 which went to @kazzaroo11 which was his first ever featured MTT victory in his 18 months here.

    Rather annoyingly, @PKRPar managed another win, taking Sheriff which was his second win this month, as he took a Quickdraw a few days ago. He won Quickdraw twice last month too, & was 3rd in Friday's Avenger Main. I think he only does it to annoy me.

    7 @ 7 went to @style who you may recall won a Vegas package this year via a satellite. (Not to be confused with @style2737 who did the same).

    The Rebuy BH was won by @TURN_IT_IN who won a Mega around this time last month.

    When @morpheus10 does well it's usually in an early evening MTT & so it proved again last night as he took the £1k Rebuy BH.

    Conversely, @Ramprat242 seems to do well in late night stuff, racking up wins in MidEx, Quickdraw & Reload, & he won MidEx again last night. (Well, this morning).

    1st & 3rd in the 19.18 PLO8 were @botneck & @w4rlock who I vividly recall being two of the most "awkward" players to play in the PLO8 pool. That's a compliment, by the way.

    Think that's enough for today.

    I dunno I read that wrong earlier and thought just profit total which confused me as already passed the 10k mark there. I think I will need to hide my sharky soon some people at work know my name on here and i dont think it will come up, I dont think they scoping me on the regular but their is a negative stigma to gambling where I work so probs best to just hide my sharky.
