MTT traffic was OK, & only a £70 miss in the Turbo spoilt a clean sheet of fulfilled guarantees.
@MARK277 should be feeling very pleased with himself this morning, having won last night's Main & collecting his biggest ever MTT cash. He's been in fine form of late, in the last 14 days or so he's won 7 @ 7 & the £800 BH, & run 2nd in a Mini Gold Rush. This was his first 8pm Main Event victory, though he's made the FT before. Does OK in UKOPS with finishes of 1st, 3rd & 5th, & is a standing dish in the Mini, which he has won 6 or 7 times at least. A most pleasing & deserved result. Runner-up @heellloooo invested £1.80 in an All-In Sat & turned it into £513, with @shad8604 in 3rd. In 6th was @sogenius who joined us earlier this year & has now played just over 300 games. Best result - & by a very long way - was winning that Sunday night £5k BH last month for around £1,000, with last night's £180 being his next best score. @NChanning played 3 MTT's & hit the post or crossbar in all three really, 7th in the Main, 4th in Sheriff & 10th in Turbo. He's barely caught up on sleep after Glorious Goodwood but there's no rest for the wicked as he's got the Ebor Festival to prepare for which starts next Wednesday, as he seeks to advise, inform & enrich his Betting Emporium clients.
The Mini went to @RossBNUFC (anyone know what those initials represent?), his only previous thread mention was running 2nd in a Hitman Mini last year. In 4th was @mumsie who has made the FT of Minis around 15 times, including 3 wins & 7 runner-up spots, & his graph looks a treat now. 5th was @Jac35 who used to play a lot bigger & had some lovely scores including 1st place in a 2014 UKOPS Mini & another win in a 2019 £6K BH. Also won the first & only Birmingham SPT back in the day. Life moves on though, he has a lovely family, plays golf & is ageing rapidly, so his poker ambitions are more modest & for that reason I suspect he enjoys it much more these days. He's still grumpy though.
Football followers will know that Luton Town got a right hammering at home on Monday, but the poker version - @LUTONTOWN - is on a right tear, & having run 2nd in Wednesday's Mini, won last night's £800 BH & was 3rd in 9 @ 9.
@JammyFker has been very generous in donating his Forum Free Entries to others lately, & so right on cue, karma made an appearance last night & helped him win Reload and finish 4th in Quickdraw. Never underestimate karma.
Returning after a 1 week absence, @bobstout23 makes his thread debut by winning 9 @ 9.
Team Big Boy harvested half a dozen wins between them, with victories for @GFKIJKLL (7 @ 7), @Jscorgie (Mega), @Jessieak (Sheriff), @AlexaAJ (Turbo), @whitters95 (Quickdraw) & @luckme002 (Midex).
The Manchester SPT Semi ran, with the seats going to @THECHIMP & @Manofish. Just missing out in 3rd & 4th were two of our time-served young ladies, @karlluke & @kidgirlgy. Tina already has seats in the tank, & I believe Sue will be there with Dave even if she does not win a seat.
Talking of time-served young ladies, in the 597 runner Rewards Freeroll the software indicates that the winner was MOTHERRRRRRRRRRRRRR aka @Amarie, but that's surely not possible, must be a glitch.

Lol, no glitch, I played absolutely fantastic, to be fair I just hit every hand that I played, and thoroughly enjoyed it.
On another note, sadly I wont be at Manchester, it is my birthday that weekend so think we are out with the kids and their kids on the Saturday, the BIL has an 80th birthday 'do' on the Sunday and somehow I have qualified for a live local game on the Sunday too, such a busy life lol.
