"Some outstanding performances last night.

I've been banging on all week about @T_Bundy & he certainly came good last night, winning the Major & also taking down Mega by way of an encore too. Been with Sky Poker less than 6 months but has an ROI of over 100% in MTT's & does nicely at cash too. I looked at his table chat, does not say much but seems to be polite & deferential. Look out guys, he might just be a killer.

Incredibly, that might not be the best performance of the night in relative terms - take a look at @claudel9

Sunday Major Freeroll = 2nd, so won a £110 seat

There's another super-stat too - @claudel9 has played 1,028 MTT's here over a 7 year period, & three of his best 4 results were last night, the other one being a month ago when he ran 2nd in the £5k BH - the same one he won last night, though the Guarantee is £6,000 now.

I'd say any player on this site, including Team Big Boy, would be proud of those results, & so they should. Amazing stuff.

There was actually TWO FTJ's, not just @claudel9 (6th & 1st) but @loololollo came to the FTJ party too, 5th & 4th. Not sure I can recall the last time we had two FTJ's the same night.

Quick mention for @thisltedu who ran 5th in the Mini Major off a Free Entry.

9 @ 9 went to @MightyMole, exactly a week after he burrowed his way to 1st place in the Mini Major.

Morning.

It's Sunday, the sun is shining, the lawn needs cutting, plus aby other sundry excuses I can muster for the usual short Sunday write-up.

Before I start though, there was only a "Lite" version yesterday, but there was a truly outstanding performance I wanted to mention. @Swog does not grace us with his presence much these days, preferring to cast his net into deeper & more lucrative waters, but on Friday night he played three MTT's here, winning two & 2nd in the third. In fact if we include his last MTT here on Thursday night, here are his last 4 MTT's on Sky Poker;

Thursday - 2nd in Quickdraw = £280

Friday - 2nd in Avenger Main = £702

Friday - 1st in BWBH = £1,403

Friday - 1st in Turbo = £522

He also won a chunky 1st prize of £1,554 on another site on Friday evening. Add that lot up & we are looking at around £3,000, which is nice work if you can get it. Maybe the pros & wannabe Pros might say so what, but as recreationals go, that's pretty spectacular. Well done @Swog.

OK, moving on to last night now & there were two trivial bits of overlay in 7 @ 7 & Reload, offset by the £5,000 Main coming in at a pleasantly surprising £6,510. Winner was @tonyp142 and in fact it was the 2nd time this month he's won Sharpy Main, & his 3rd Sharpy Main win in total as he took one down last year too. Has some lovely scores on his CV including 2 Majors, a BWBH and a UKOPS. Runner-up was @Stick66 who has barely played since a solid run into 11th in a Sharpy Main last month. The Notorious @gobbleoff was 4th, & he had a good night as he also ran 2nd in the Rebuy BH.

@lewjax79 won the Mini & I believe that's the 7th time he's done so, which is quite something. A great effort in 2nd by @Stick66 who makes his thread debut after 15 years here though around 70% of his volume is in cash games.

9 @ 9 went to @BACKFOOT who we do not see much of on the thread but he did run 4th in a Mega a week or two ago.

A surprise winner of Reload was @A_r_K who puts in monster volume at the cash tables but rarely ventures into the MTT streets.

In Quickdraw @JACKALLY (not to be confused with JAKALLY) beat a high quality FT in Quickdraw, with the lower podium steps occupied by @TIMBER & @Limp2lose and @shad8604 in 6th so that was a tough final with some class players. @PKRPar cashed too.

@FORDAKIDZ won the Rebuy BH, not for the first time, he's also won a few Minis & at least one 7 @ 7. Nice work John.

A flying start for @Rasher85 who only signed up on Thursday, & with just 7 MTT's played notched up his maiden victory in last night's £800 BH.

@callas was last seen in Sky Poker MTT's in 2022 but he logged in last night, played 3 games & ended up winning 7 @ 7.

SPT Manchester starts in a few days time & last night @gr0wapear & @destinycod booked their seats, the latter also won Mega.

Finally, one of the Sunday Major Freeroll winners was @SilverRiz who has an ABI of less than £3, so he's gonna love playing the £110 entry Major tonight & I hope he has a real deep run.
