Just tried to register for a sit and go. Which I had more than enough money to cover. But I got a message telling me they could not transfer my funds at this moment! What is that all about? I could see others weren't having the same problem!

    Me too, I can't join a STT even though my balance is 90x the neccesary buy-in. Getting this message;

    "Failed to register for tournament: Sorry, we were unable to transfer the necessary funds at this time. Please contact Customer Services."

    In the lobby I see 10 STTs currently have their status as 'waiting to load'.

    Im in a que to speak to customer service, but theirs 14 people in front of me. So I'm guessing everyones games have gone wrong. I'll pass on relative information, IE. refunding funds etc.

    There is clearly some sort of problem, & Sky-Rich or someone from HO will respond in the morning, as they are not around right now. If you have been affected adversely by a site-based issue, they will sort it out properly, please be assured.

    Okay, so as we can all work out, somethings gone wrong. I was assured by customer service they are working on the problem as we speak/type. All funds will be refunded through out the day once the problem is fixed, no need to request them. So, time for bed.
