"Numbers were - relatively speaking - very good last night. Perhaps due to the sudden turn to colder weather & "darker" nights, maybe? Hope so, roll on winter, numbers always pick up at this time of year. Ever the optimist, me...
In the £1k BH, @RogueCell did well again, 2nd this time. She's enjoyed some lovely results recently, & of course she had a very deep run in Goliath from a monster field. It's her birthday this month too, though I'm sorry to say I've forgotten what date.
Crushy @loololollo had a wicked night, two wins - 7 @ 7 & Quickdraw, 11th in the Mini, 5th in Mega, 2nd in Sheriff, & 2nd in a £750 BH. Standard.
In the £1k Rebuy, @floppiNuts returned after a 6 year absence & took it down. What a way to return.
BWBH saw a star-studded FT, with @Doooobs grabbing the win after being prominent from the very beginning. All the finalists held the lead at one stage, @mattprawn looked like he had it sewn up at one point, as did SPT winner @wineli. For @Doooobs it was his 31st 4 figure cash on Sky Poker & his best of 2022.
In Avenger Main, which made over £8,000, @Super_Oli emerged top of the pile. At this point, I must apologise for putting a horrible beat in him in the SPT. He had J-J, I had Qs-Js & flopped 4 to the flush & we got it all-in. I missed my flush, but I somehow binked my Q. Ugh. Sorry Oli, but last night at least helped a little.
In the Mini we had a FTJ near-miss, with @Ramoerrr running 5th after 2nd in the Main, so he earns a £250 bonus.
Mega made a pleasing £1,480, with top spot going to @SMARTGOAT
Sheriff was full of serial winners as usual, with @Steed432 emerging on top.
In Turbo, it was the turn of @Morris707 to take a bow. He had a hot half hour in fact, 7th in Reload, won the £750 BH & then won Turbo too."
More Champions League football on TV last night, Arsenal this time, so no great surprise we saw some bits & bobs of overlay - £100 each in Mini, Sheriff & Turbo, & £36 in Reload. It's also almost the 2nd worst week of the month in the "payday cycle" which has probably been the main culprit this week. And of course the Streak Week promo means a lot of players move across from MTT's to DYM's for the duration. I'll let you know as & when I dream up any further excuses.
A very unusual night for results actually, with the evening dominated by three players who between them won SEVEN of the featured MTT's.
We'll start with @StayOrGo who won both the Main & Quickdraw, though alongside that he somehow managed the unusual feat of playing around 18 "All-In Sats" without winning one. Ooof. He's very close to a milestone actually, he's just ~£1,500 shy of £200,000 of profit on Sky Poker, which he's achieved from some 32,000 MTT's so, broadly speaking, around £6 for every MTT he plays. Quite something when you think about it like that. I should add those numbers are based on Sharkscope which is not wholly accurate but is usually reasonably indicative. You should have a little celebration when you hit the £200k Graham.
Our next two-time winner last night was @GFKIJKLL who took both Reload & MidEx. Most of you know all there is to know about KLL-y, but I did notice an oddity in his stats this morning. His 7 biggest Sky Poker cashes range between £2,300 & £4,500 but he did not win any of them. Those 7 biggest cashes are represented by 2nd in the Major 4 times, 2nd in UKOPS twice, & 4th in a UKOPS HR. Bit of a odd stat that. He's another not a long way short of £200,000 of Sky Poker profit according to Sharky.
Finally, we had a win TREBLE last night, with @GSmith13 winning Mini, 9 @ 9 & Turbo. He's another with a very unusual stat, he has FOUR cashes here over £8,000, two of which are over £10,000. Has any other player on Sky Poker achieved that? And he's a little ahead of @StayOrGo & @GFKIJKLL in total; Sky Poker profit, his next milestone is £250,000.
Never ceases to amaze me how good some of these players are. Good luck to them.
I don't know too much about @7omos but on Wednesday he won Reload & last night he followed up with 1st place in Mega.
@Krililnik seems to be a decent PLO8 player with plenty of cashes & was 3rd in Wednesday's 19.18 4 card affair, then switched to NLH last night & won the £800 BH.
I'm done. Tonight's televised football is Stoke City v Hull City. I can barely contain my excitement.

thats probably unusual for Graham I agree... I once went on a run of 1 win from 140+ all-in sattys, only ever playing them when there was overlay too
