"Well the CL football was every bit as good as hoped, the Newcastle match was a wonderful spectacle, despite which numbers were not too bad. Sadly, 9 @ 9 missed again for the 3rd straight night, which is a little surprising as it's always done OK.

The Main fell to @69winsalot an alias which always reminds me of dog food. Seems to do OK, this was their 3rd Main Event win in the last 5 months, & he began the year by winning a BWBH. Even better, 2 years ago got into the Major via the nightly freeroll on the Sunday night & a few hours later emerged as the winner clutching almost £4,000. 2nd in last night's Main was Sunday's Mega winner, @MrDooWop. @235467 can't stop cashing at the moment, won Monday's Elim Freeroll, Tuesday's Rebuy BH & was 4th here. Great effort in 5th too by @EBBERDON who is amongst the better "senior" players here.

In the Mini, 1-tabler @scott1288 fared best. Not by any means a frequent MTT-er, this was their first (& only) MTT in over 2 weeks & only about their 8th this year. Despite that has a decent CV & this was their second Mini victory, the other being a Marksman in late 2021.

@TURN_IT_IN won Reload, the 2nd time they've done so in 6 weeks. Has done OK over the years with wins in Mini Major, Mini Sharpshooter, 7 @ 7, Mega & Rebuy BH.

A name for the notebook must be @HappyChan who only joined Sky Poker 2 weeks ago. Has played a grand total of five MTT's so far, and cashed twice - 4th in last Friday's Avenger Main, & 1st in last night's Turbo. That's a most impressive start.

Big congrats to @JackRCrap who has only played 160 MTT's & until last night biggest cash was ~£75. That's all changed now as he won Quickdraw for over £500 & transformed his Sharky graph.

Our SPT Manchester champ @Vertigo seems to be upping his volume & stakes here now & claimed his third featured MTT win by taking MidEx, adding it to previous wins in Rebuy BH in August & 7 @ 7 in June. Also ran deep in last night's Main & was 7th in 7 @ 7.

@Stevmel only played 1 MTT last night, the £1k BH, booked the win & then logged off. Smart thinking.

The Elim Fr went to @neenio. Has a superb CV which includes a Vegas package (from a Freeroll), three Avenger Main victories, & runner-up for ~£4,000 in a 2014 "Summer Roller" that carried a £20,000 guarantee."

Traffic was OK last night, & only a £40 (2 entries) miss in Quickdraw prevented a clean sweep of guarantees hit. This was despite some superb football on TV, although maybe it helped that the headline CL clash between Arsenal & PSG was on PRIME rather than TNT or Sky.

@Hod4k997 has been MIA since last Thursday but made up for it with a very strong session, winning the Main, 6th in 9 @ 9, 4th in MidEx & 4th in a late night £300 BH. Has a very good looking CV which includes wins in Avenger Main twice, Gold Rush Main three times, Avenger Mini twice & a 2020 UKOPS. Runner-up last night was @Bensons22 (tipped to do well) who has a CV which includes a Predator Main win last November. 3rd was @FenDeR36, who we shall return to later, with @gixxerk4 in 6th. @gixxerk4 plays smaller - some might say more sensible - stakes these days, but back in the day he had some decent scores, & in fact his three biggest cashes all came in a 3 month period in the Spring of 2011, which was some 13+ years ago.

The Mini went to @MrChance who is blocked on Sharky, but I do know he won a big Avenger Main some years ago, & as recently as 3 weeks ago ran 2nd in the Sunday Major after winning his seat in the daily Freeroll. Our friend @FenDer36 was 4th & as he ran 3rd in the Main he picks up a handy £250 cash bonus from the FTJ. Having been absent since Friday, he had a great if short session - 6th in the £1k Rebuy BH, 3rd in the Main & 4th in the Mini.

The £110 entry Summit went to @Style & he also ran 3rd in Mega. Won himself a Vegas package earlier this year. 2nd was @mattprawn who always seems to do well in Summit & BWBH. @chkngeorge does not usually play £110 events but he won his seat in a satellite & went on to finish 5th, as well as a whole bunch of FT's in minor stuff.

Last Thursday I wrote "Finally, @Tpye (not a tpyo) has taken 3 months to play 8 MTT's but prevailed last night in 7 @ 7" since when he's upped his volume & it paid off as he won 7 @ 7 again last night.

The Rebuy BH went to @Richie_L who won a Marksman Main this time last year & a 2019 Gold Rush Main.

The £800 BH went to @Govan1 who took down 7 @ 7 some 3 weeks back.

@utang is putting together a really nice CV with a 35% ROI off an ABI of ~£8. Had another solid session last night, 1st in mega, 1st & 2nd in £300 BH's & 4th in a £300 Rebuy.

@kc66 had an excellent September, clocking up wins in the £800 BH (twice), Rebuy BH plus a bunch of FT's, & he started October in similar vein, winning 9 @ 9.

Turbo went to @kenmillon who also had a decent September.

A third featured MTT win of 2024 went to @whale01 who registered wins in Mega & MidEx earlier this year.

Think that's about us done for today.

More decent CL football tonight, the highlight surely being Villa v Bayern Munich, with the Birmingham club available at almost 4/1. I'll be honest, that looks seriously tempting. That's my punting weakness, I do love a good underdog. In Unai we trust.
