game tables will not load

CUSTOMER ID REMOVED BY MODERATOR

On Thursday everything was working perfectly the game tables loaded whenever I started a game.

Yesterday I was getting pop-up saying " sorry we are having difficulty connecting. please check your connection and try again!

I tried restarting the computer but nothing changed I also tried clicking on the reload table but again nothing changed.

Please tell me what I need to do to get tables to load properly.

Hi Bud,

First up, you included your Sky Poker ID in your original post. I've deleted that. NEVER reveal your ID, it would allow others to access your account.

I'm not sure "what end" your problem is, or who can assist. I suggest getting hold of Customer Service first.

If they can't help - & I'd be surprised if they can based on what you've told us - then hopefully one of our helpful players will see the thread & come up with some sensible suggestions.

I do hope you soon get sorted.
