Always liked Bonnie. Although I would imagine many people only know her from the Jim Stienman stuff. Total Eclipse, Holding out for a Hero etc.

Iliked much of her earlier songs, Lost in France, It's a Heartache and the like. Even had a poster of a leather clad Bonnie on my bedroom wall as a teenager, alongside Suzy Q, and Lita Ford.

Can't believe how many people think she's Scottish.

Mumbles is beautiful. Weather tends not to be-which is why she spends a lot of her time in Portugal ;) Agree that her early stuff was best

Met Suzi Quatro on a train in Chelmsford many years ago. I was totally unable to speak.

Had a 4 week gig providing close protection to her in the 90's on her British Tour. Never told her about my teenage crush, but she was a really nice person to work for and yes it was very rock and roll.

She has mostly lived in Essex for about 50 years. She's currently on tour with her old mate Alice Cooper. I believe they close their show with a cover of Kick Out the Jams, the old mc5 classic.

    Sorry for the derail, @HAYSIE

I dont know if you recall Alan Petherbridge.
He opened the Samurai Judo Club in Swansea.
I attended for a bit, when at Primary School.
My teacher was Bobbie Sullivan, who later married Bonnie Tyler.

I recall an occasion some years ago, when attending a lock in at Barrows (now Peppers) in Mumbles.
I was seated between Bonnie, and Bobby, on one side, and Mervyn Davies, the British Lions, and Welsh Rugby legend on the other.
Had I not been so pi55ed, I might remember some of the conversation.
However I do remember that, incredibly Bobby was unable to recall teaching me judo as a 10 year old, some 40 odd years before.
