No Rebuy option given in the UKOPS 7pm event last night

I was knocked out of the above event last night,which is a single rebuy and I was given no option to rebuy well within the time frame. Did this happen to anyone else? Or has it ever happened in other rebuys to anyone?

Not sure what may have happened there.
Last night's 7pm UKOPS 21 had 138 entries, 85 rebuys & 79 addons which looks about right to me.
