"Much busier last night, after a couple of mediocre nights.
Sharpshooter Main was at the very top of it's range at £7,860 (up24% from last year's £6,330) & the same applied to Turbo which made a surprising £1,860, (27% up y-o-y). Very encouraging to see such numbers. @ra1dtook 1st place, previous wins include a Gold Rush Main & a bunch of Turbos & Quickdraws, though his best score was winning a Sunday Major from @AJ880 in August of this year. @nslater112 was 3rd with @Arrogant 6th.
There was an interesting 1-2 in that super-sized Turbo with @NChanning who only played this & the Main getting the better of @AlexaAJ & so nicking the best part of £500 on the night. Neil probably got the lot on the horses in the afternoon too, WAL.
@Rashnikov won the opener, also won a seat into the Main from a £1.20 Frenzy & had a good session at the Heads Up tables winning 7 from 8 at the £10 & £20 stakes.
7 @ 7 fell to @Nagrom who has a whole bunch of 4 figure cashes, best of which was £5,600 for taking down a 2014 Super Roller.
A good job by @longjob who only played 1 MTT - Mega - & booked the win.
@bossquaid has had a challenging few weeks but may have turned the corner by taking Quickdraw.
MidEx went to @TheDude7 which was his third best result all time.
That's it for today, back tomorrow, same time, same place.
Looking forward to Chelsea v Man City at 4.30pm, the last PL game before yet another of those oh-so-annoying & boring International Breaks."
UKOPS on a Friday generally has larger prize pools than earlier in the week & with a £15,000 guaranteed High Roller in the mix, last night's UKOPS guarantees amounted to a hefty £46,000, with actual prize pools exceeding that by some 12% at £51,510. One event - the £15,000 8pm Main - missed guarantee by £600, everything else covered, with the £5,000 Mini surely the star turn, coming up just shy of £7,000. For a site such as Sky Poker, £7,000 for a Mini is crazy these days. Bear in mind that Sunday's (vanilla) Mini generally comes in at around £1,200.
On Tuesday @seikuscame up just short (4th) in the Main, but it was a different story last night as he took the win, his 4th UKOPS title in 3 years. Has won 3 or 4 Sunday Majors too. Sharky suggest he has a ROI of 43% from an ABI of £16.47 over 17,000 games, yielding some £155,000 in profit. Goodness me, that's proper money. Not content with that, he won a seat to Sunday's UKOPS 60 Main in the Freeroll too. Runner-up was the gnarly veteran @Solack who seems to have been hitting the woodwork a lot during this UKOPS, lots of FT's but no win. (Yet). Following those two home were @Thoich@Ironpump1 (making the FT of the 8pm Main for the 2nd straight night) @jedinemo & @imbluffinn.
In the Mini @imbluffinn took victory, & as he was 6th in the Main gets a £250 cash payout from the FTJ kitty. That's the 2nd straight night there's been a FTJ payment. Runner-up was@Morris707 with @aj880 in 5th.
The High Roller was interesting in all sorts of ways. Winner was @ChipDiddy0 who has been mostly absent all year from Sky Poker, playing just 6 MTT's in total this year, until returning two nights ago. Not his first UKOPS High Roller win either, he won one in 2020, & he has other UKOPS trophies as well as several Sunday Major wins. It was a HR FT so you'd probably not raise an eyebrow at the presence of the likes of @lyonsbob06@PRhack93@loosecamel & @47OH who between them probably have an average Sharky rating of around 85. But wait, who is that in 2nd? @MAXALLY. Goodness me, I never expected that. Taking a look at how & why, he won a £2.60 All-In sat on Thursday which put him in a "proper" £48 sat, in which he ran 2nd & won his seat. In fact he won a seat to last night's Main too. There's more though, he was stone last in the High Roller, 12th of 12 on the bubble, but somehow survived & went on to finish 2nd. Alan collected over £1,800 for 2nd, which will come in very handy for Christmas. No idea if that's his biggest ever result on Sky Poker, but it's certainly the best for a very long time. A whole lot of persistence, patience & perspiration went into that, well done Alan. Incidentally, I looked up his "Live" record & noticed he cashed (10th of 335) in a "Seniors" event at last year's Goliath festival. Alan is a SENIOR? Good grief, life rushes by so fast.
I have time problems I'm afraid, so just a brief write up about the other results.
The night began with a lovely result when @MynaFrettwon the opener. I'm not sure, as they are not visible on Sharky, but I fancy that might be their maiden UKOPS title.
Another great result in UKOPS 49 which went to the selfless @JammyFker. And not only did he win, but he managed to fend off GOAT @Tedsonin 2nd.
@PRhack93 won the Hyper (his 2nd win of this Series) as well as running 4th in the High Roller.
After being AWOL for almost 2 months, @ozzieowenreturned for this week's UKOPS & was rewarded with 1st place in UKOPS 50.
That'll have to do for today, it's Saturday, things to do & all that.

Hi Tikay. Can confirm that's definitely my first proper UKOPS title. I may have won a Mini UKOPS but I'm not 100% on that. It was always Mini UKOPS for me in the past (loved Mini UKOPS) and I shied away from the big boy series so I'd not actually played too much until this time around. I'm still only playing a few of the available events each night but maybe one day I'll complete the journey from the £2.20 to £22 to £220 games and play an entire series. That would be fantastic. Will need a lot more wins like last night before that is even a remote possibility though.
Well done to Maxally for an amazing result in one of the proper big boy events.
