Who won what, Friday 15th November. A 2-tone result in Avenger Main, and AldosSnow has a great sesh

"The usual brief Sunday zoom through.

A reasonable Saturday for the time of year. The Main came in at a healthy £7,170, though that was some 3% down on last year, all the more surprising as it was an SPT weekend last year so many of the regular players were not on site.

@gimpazoid - what a disturbing alias that is - took the Main. It was their first MTT for 2 weeks, & that was a UKOPs in which they finished a fine 2nd to @Gutshotter. Last night was far & away their best result in the 3 years they've been here, though they've only played 286 MTT's so not exactly a regular, that's an average of just 2 per week. Ish.

The Mini went the way of @Hod4k997 who has a very nice CV indeed, including winning Avenger Main twice, Avenger Mini twice, Gold Rush twice, & a UKOPS.

@Arrogant won the Mega. Annoyingly (for me) he's not searchable on Sharky, but I do know that this week last year he had a nice double, winning both the 9pm £1k BH & Turbo on the same night.

The curtain-raiser went to @Laura9191 who has twice won 7 @ 7 plus one 9 @ 9 win.

Playing just their 2nd MTT since April, @playtheace finished with all the chips in 7 @ 7.

A very interesting newcomer took the Rebuy BH, @rocketr189. Signed up on Friday, & ran deep in the Main (13/187) then in just their 2nd MTT won this one. So two MTT's, a good showing in the Main & 1st in a Rebuy BH, one-tabling both. Be interesting to follow their progress.

A lovely late-night win double for @bobcam who took both Quickdraw & MidEx. Bet he was buzzing after that.

And finally...

Runner-up in the Mini was @Bmw335car. We often see players who namecheck their car in their alias, & more often than not a Beemer or Porsche, pretty rare to see "Austin Allegro" or "Morris Marina" though. Worth also noting that as you know, all BWM's look much the same, but that BMW335 has quite a pedigree, & was first seen 83 years ago, in 1940. I'd say it looks a deal better than the modern version. And both of them look a zillion miles better than an Allegro, which may lay claim to be the worst car ever made in the UK."

Morning.

As you know, it's been a miserable week numbers-wise mainly thanks to UKOPS hangover, but there were no problems last night with zero overlay in any of the featured stuff, despite - or is that because of - Scotland v Croatia on telly.

Leaving the Major aside, Avenger Main is very much the main event highlight of the week, & we had a 2-Tone result, with @tonyp142 1st & @TONY509 2nd. Both have broadly similar Sharky stats. It was a good night for the winner as besides Avenger Main, he won a seat to SPT Brighton, was 6th in Turbo & 8th in Reload. And last night was his first night back on site since winning UKOPS 63 on Sunday. Runner-up @TONY509 has won several Main, including multi wins in the Sunday Major & it's predecessor, the Super Roller.

Regular readers will know I suffer from OCD & so in the Mini I was much perturbed by @ozniak996 finishing 4th - if he had finished 6th, the entire FT would have finished in alphabetical order of their aliases. (Yup, my OCD is chronic). The winner was @AldosSnow who had a quite spectacular night. He played just 6 MTT's & here's how it panned out;

3.30pm, £5.50 entry £250 BH, 28/59

4pm, £11 entry £200 BH, 1/26, £99.38

4.30pm, £5.20 entry BWBH satellite, 1/8, £52

7.15pm, free entry to BWBH Semi, 4/41, £110

8.30pm, £5.50 entry Mini, 1/300, £567

9pm, free entry to BWBH, 2/37, £798

Pretty impressive, huh? And by some spooky coincidence, that was the second time Aldos has won Mini Avenger, & the second time they've been runner-up in BWBH.

BWBH winner @Panda8 also won his seat in a satellite, booked a win in a £300 BH & was 5th in Quickdraw. Regular players will have shuddered to see @Tedson has not deserted us post-UKOPS, & after winning Wednesday's Sheriff, he too won a BWBH satellite last night & ended in 5th place in BWBH itself. It matters not who you are, or how good you might be, you never really want to see @Tedson on your table.

@SLANLEAT had a pleasing night, 1st in 7 @ 7 & 6th in Reload.

@bakersdoze enjoys Friday nights, he won a BWBH in September, & last night he won MidEx, was 3rd in the Mini & 5th in a £500 BH.

A vey special mention has to go to @ACOS4 who has probably made history of sorts this week, having made a FT on every night from Monday to Friday, winning Monday's 9 @ 9 & then the next 4 nights finishing 1st, 2nd, 6th & 1st in the Rebuy BH. Hard to imagine anyone has ever done better than that, & it's a real statistical anomaly aided, of course, by the Gods of variance.

@CDJHWFC spent most of the evening playing DYM's & only played one MTT, the Mega, which he duly won. Very nice & winning must be an unusual feeling this season for a West Ham fan.

@ben170583 has been AWOL all week but returned last night to play just two MTT's, winning 9 @ 9 but down the field in Reload.

Don't think @PHILASR has previously graced these threads, but he played 3 MTT's last night, no joy in Main or Mini but winning Turbo.

@Ironpump1 has some very decent wins, including a Major & two Sharpshooter Mains but until last night I don't believe he'd ever won Reload. That's the monkey off his back.

Finally, for the 4th straight night the SPT Brighton Semi ran, with @mentatatat getting his seat, as well as @tonyp142
