A decade ago I used to tread these boards a little. Well, quite a lot actually. In fact, I had this forum open while I was at work and would refresh it every now and then to see what was new. I put a lot of time and effort into being here every day. For quite a while, this was my social network of choice, if you want to put it in those terms.

Yeah, I was that sad.

I went to the live events, met a lot of good people (none of whom looked anything like I imagined), and probably watched more of the Sky Poker TV channel than anyone really should.

And then it just stopped.

A lot has happened in those ten years, and although none of it would be of particular interest to anyone here, I think I am at a point where I may have circled back around to dipping my toe back in the forum waters again. Just a little.

I don't know how many folk are still here from those days, but I'm looking forward to being on the platform again, seeing some old faces, and getting to know some of the newer ones.

...and I will try not to correct anybody's spelling this time around ;)
