Yes i have the same issue, it happened yesterday after I was diverted at login to accept some new T&Cs. After that my lobby (on macbook) had a huge scroll bar on the right and at the bottom. Since then, my client has crashed about 10-15 times whereas it had never crashed before this.
I done the same as you and tried a reinstall but it was still the same issue after getting it back installed. I think the new T&Cs must have changed the app/webpage and now its broken. Ill attach a picture below of how the lobby looks.
To fix your 'Invisible Page' issue: FWIW it sounds like during your re-install you've installed the wrong version of Adobe Air. You need to uninstall it and re-install the one with the webkit (its further down the webpage).
To uninstall your Adobe Air version input this command into Terminal:
sudo "/Volumes/Adobe AIR/Adobe AIR Installer.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe AIR Installer" -uninstall
In trying to download the older version of adobe run time air it says that the newest version is installed and therefore can't down load older version.
I have tried uninstalling the newer version, but keep getting the above message.

Hi Guys
@WOW1tsANDY @LARSON7
I've passed that across to the Office for the Techies to take a look at.

How would I totally remove the newest version?
Can you look for it on your system and uninstall Adobe AIR ?
Doesn’t seem as easy as windows operating system
Every one seems to be using browser 🤨
On safari tables don’t seem to spawn instead being individual tabs so can not “tile tables”
Unless there is another way through safari?
