I'm saying yes, he should give way, though i don't know what the double stop line means against the single one where the red car is, also isn't that a give way sign above the roundabout sign where the purple car lane Happy to be corrected
I was always taught to give way to traffic to the right at mini roundabouts also to give way to vehicles already at the junction, though that was a fair few years ago so rules/laws have probably changed by now. It seems to me that the red car was not only to the right but also already at the junction so purple should give way. Also as @stokefc says there is a Give Way sign on purples lane also the Double Stop Lines enforces that thought.
NO. The purple car is a BMW/AUDI/MERC (delete as appropiate)
Which would also explain why it is not indicating left when taking the first exit of a two exit roundabout. Well spotted @MAXALLY.
To answer the question yes, the purple car should give way to traffic from the right, for clarity the single dotted line also means the same as the double dotted line at a mini roundabout i.e. give way to traffic from the right.
p.s. to further clarify I also think the purple car is a BMW/AUDI/MERC as pointed out by Maxally, the fact that it doesn't slow down or give way to the traffic from the right suggests that it being driven by Derek, who is in sales, still smokes, drinks and is recently divorced despite it all being his wife's fault. He also missed his sales target last month hence isn't slowing down for anyone.
The red car is driven by Mavis who is 83 years old and will only enter the roundabout once she is sure that nobody is coming from either direction. Ironically, she is also going left despite indicating right, she has forgotten to cancel the right indicator since accidentally turning it on whilst putting her handbag down by her feet to keep it safe.
It's a Blue car & a Red car .... numpties ! The Red car driver is an O.A.P. who will soon lose their Licence. The Blue car driver is this guy and has right of way.

You omitted to mention that Derek is using his hand-held mobile 'phone whilst driving.
I did and I also omitted that he already has 12 points and only avoided a ban as he needs his car to take his kids to footy on the one weekend in three that he allowed to see them. Derek is an idiot.
