"It's SO hard to predict MTT traffic levels, & last night's Main was a great example, after a spell of strong traffic it suddenly overlaid by no less than £620. That's quite a lump in a £5k MTT, especially one that usually performs well. There was one decent football match Live on TV but I'm not sure we can blame that. Sadly, the new £500 BH @ 19.35 missed for the very first time, though only by 2 entries.
Anyway, that aside, we saw an extraordinary all round performance by @Curt360x27. How about this for a single session?
4th 7 @ 7

3rd MidEx
When a good player is at the top of their game & running well, almost anything is possible. Superb binkage there Curt, WP.
@Natnug is right back up to speed too, he won both Quickdraw & MidEx, was 3rd in Sheriff, 4th in the £1k BH, 5th in a £400 BH & won his Main Event seat in a £7.20 satellite. Any other night he'd win the fictitious but cherished "Player of the Day" accolade, but we can't deny Curt on this occasion.
Moving on now, the Main went to @Gooner1955, so yet another trophy for the mighty Arsenal. Mr Gooner - who we are going to guess is in their late sixties - has only been here around 8 months & not played much at all, just 140 MTT's. This was his first ever win, though he ran 3rd in a £1k BH in mid-December. @TIMBER fell in 2nd - I really must stop using that awful pun - with @roddy28 in 4th. @mackarel21 was 5th. I wonder how often he's been called a "fish" in Table Chat?
@funkybunch won the Mini, just 24 hours after finishing 6th in Gold Rush Main, & there was a terrific effort by @tomgoodun to finish 5th.
@lee_long mostly 1-tables & almost always the Mega, so it was good to see him take it down last night, the 5th time he's won it.
Two nights ago @ZULUuk so nearly broke his thread duck, running 7th in 9 @ 9, & perseverance paid off when he took the win last night.
@Pogue909seems to enjoy 1-tabling Reload, & last night he won it for at least the 9th time. Turn up, win £300, go home. Think I could get used to that.
Tremendous news for the below-stairs staff at Enut Castle as @Enut ships the 7 @7. He's exceptionally generous to his underlings when he wins, & they can all expect a slice of Battenberg today. Mrs Enut will be delighted too, she probably has a 50% stake in his winnings.
The recent good run continued last night with not a penny of overlay to be seen. Gold Rush Main made £5,760, which is very much top of it's range these days. All good.
@Tspark won the Main, & unless I'm mistaken, his previous cash was also in Gold Rush Main when he ran 5th on New Years Eve. Last night he tried & failed to win a seat via £7.20 satellites three times but undaunted he eventually coughed up the full £33 & Plan B worked out just fine as he collected £973. 2nd was @keczmo and his session went very well, finishing 3rd in a 6pm £500 BH, 2nd in a 7.35pm £300 BH & 2nd on the Main. His CV includes a 2017 UKOPS title, and a 2024 Predator Main. 4th was @roddy28 who is in banging form right now, having won the Xmas UKOPS High Roller & Mini Rebuy, finished 4th in last Friday's Avenger Main & won Monday's Mini.
It's taken almost a month for @Bobnlinto play his last 8 MTT's, 7 of which were Minis, but he showed up last night for only the 2nd time since mid-December & got the win.
Tuesday night is the £110 Summit night & it was @Awoken who took the top spot, and I believe that's his best result since winning a Marksman Main last March. With one exception, there were no surprises amongst the FT line-up which in addition to the winner included @PokaBayb9@wigglytuff@Hoff92 & @SwannLoL. The exception was 3rd placed @Chardog who joined Sky Poker 31st August last year, played exactly one MTT (& bricked it) then disappeared until 2 days ago when he ran 7th in the Major. He bricked the Main on Monday & Tuesday but then ran 3rd in last night's Summit. I watched the FT for a while & definitely got the impression that @Chardog has been around the block more than once. One for the notebook.
On a similar note @tips23 has been here nearly 2 years but only played 78 MTT's & is another who disappeared in late November/early December only to re-appear in the last 2 nights, and now makes their thread debut by winning the £800 BH.
In a piece of delicious irony 7 @ 7 winner @blablablanever chats at the tables. Had a terrific night though, in addition to winning 7 @ 7 he won two x £300 BH's so a treble on the night. Has a decent CV, the pick of which is a 2022 Summit victory.
Breaking their featured MTT duck by winning the Rebuy BH was @CH19L3AD3R. Whilst I'm obviously pleased for him or her, that alias is really awkward to type, so from a purely selfish perspective, I'll refrain from hoping they win again. Honestly, you try typing it without making a mistake.
For the 2nd time in just under a month @ANY_2 won the Mega, adding it to recent wins in 9 @ 9 & Rebuy BH.
7 days into 2025 & @lwwlowns Turbo, he had already finished 2nd in it twice (1st & 5th of this month) & got the win last night, also won a Mega on New Years Day. Other 2025 Results include 3rd in both Sheriff & 7 @7 & 5th in 9 @ 9. Is showing form far in excess of anything previously from what I can see.
Reload went to @yacca who also won it on New Years Eve.
On a similar note, @Jazzydog win MidEx last Friday & again last night.
