I work with a lot of people that live in Los Angeles or not far from Malibu. Many have evacuated, a handful have lost their homes and many have family members who have lost their home. Everybody that hasn't yet evacuated is on standby with their bags packed, waiting for the message to evacuate. It's frightening stuff.
