First thing to check is your house insurance.

You may have the optional legal expenses insurance add-on, which would help considerably. Most people who have it do not realise.

Mate, I feel you pain. Iv'e suffered broken ribs a few times, rugby, bike crashes etc and it's horrible.

If you do take painkillers and a drink or two, and yes they help, just make sure that you dont fall asleep on the affected side. Took my wife plus a neighbour to get me out of bed the next morning the pain was so bad.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery buddy. If there's anything practical I can do to help just PM me yeah, I'm only in Fenton.

Agree with Jammy, painkillers and Vodka worked for me, the only problem ( for some ) is you have to keep taking them every day until you start to feel better :) .
