sorry to see you're having problems with this ......
If you are logged into your SKYBET account page..... click on your account little man icon next to your balance, which will bring up a tab on the right hand side........ scroll down to the help and support ..... and contact them from there...... You can actually check your account activity there too, to see if they have refunded £13
With regards the bet.....have you checked to make sure they haven't already refunded you £13 into your account ?
I know I sometimes don't notice when I am having a lot of bets on a weekend, and I get refunded some of the Losing Bet Offers SKYBET do.
You should get £13 back from your Heinz bet because all the bets connected to BEGGARS ROCK are Losers ......so you are left with a CANADIAN (26 Bets 10-10-5-1) of VOID Bets x50p = £13
