I have spoken this afternoon to someone in the support team as I have not been able to access Sky Poker for six days. I showed the agent the screen I have been presented with constantly since last weekend and I have been told the following -
As one of the first customers to move over to our new site/app you will be part of a small group of customers to test this. All customers will be moving over to this site during the year and we are aiming to make this better than the previous site/app.This is news to me and I have not been made aware of this at all, and I am more than a little disappointed about the lack of communication. I asked about the timeframe of this and was not given any clear indication, only that it 'should not be too long'.
So basically, I have been told to just keep trying and at some point in the future I will be able to play poker again.
Is there anyone else who knows anything about this?

........ as if there wasn't enough to drive people away from SKY Poker .......sigh

There are several couples on the site who play regularly ..... and I'm sure a few Students in the same building play too.
