    There's been no rakeback payment either. It usually happens this way when it falls on a Saturday.

    Prem Leaderboards


    I chased up the Prem Leaderboards with the Poker Manager late afternoon, & he'd already chased it. (Leaderboards are not done by the Poker Team, another Team look after them). A misunderstanding or error presumably, & I'd be very surprised if they are not updated on Sunday given that the Poker Manager did raise the query on Saturday afternoon.

    Monthly Rakeback

    The Rakeback Crediting File was raised Saturday morning, but after that it needs to go through the Approval process, which has yet to happen. I suspect that's because it's a weekend, & as far as I'm aware, it's based on the same rules as Rewards Payments, i.e.,


    4. Rewards will be credited within 48 hours after the end of each week during the Promotional Period.


    I'm guessing here, but I imagine it will be paid on Monday.

    NB; I saw @kapowblamz on the Crediting File but not @Smitalos, though it's possible the File I saw was preliminary only.

    I didn't make 10k points last month, so no worries RE: my name not being in the list. Though if we're referring to the Prem LDB list I'll be mighty upset as I definitely joined a league at approximately 9pm on Thursday. :sweat_smile:

    Can we have this dealt with ASAP please, I get when corporations consolidate their offering that things might not necessarily take a priority as they once should. But ultimately, players spend a lot of time supporting the site during rake races and its poor to keep people hanging.

    The reason I mentioned this with regard to Saturdays is because i once had this exact situation happen on a Vegas grind week when i was in first place on the Friday.

    Apologies lads, I've been out pokering since midday so only just seen this.

    I've now spoken to the Poker Manager, a bit of a spanner fell in the works, but fully backdated Leaderboards WILL be published tomorrow (Monday).
