So finally some good news as has been a series of bad news recently we are leaving OVO they must surely be the worst energy supplier in the country.
I did think whether it was a good idea to make this thread, basically I thought that people would now go and try to sign up with OVO to spite me. In truth its not so much that I want to see OVO fail as a business and thus them not get customers (although I do want that) its more I wouldnt wish the **** of been an OVO customer on many people I would have to seriously dislike someone to wish that on them. However if someone wants to be silly enough to sign up with them to spite me then they will suffer significantly for it, not anything I would do, not making threats, just OVO would pile misery on them.
Its rare that you can say that a product or servce genuniely significantly lowers your quality of life but with OVO I think that is apt.
there bills never make sense and they say they are clear they are delibrately confusing to rip you off, they have a history of lying and stealing from their customers. They will always try to add more money on so you cant clear it in one go if you always pay successfully the bills will get larger and larger to ridicolous amounts. They just edit and make it up, the whole point is to get you to have a direct debit they will fight tooth and nail all the way to get you to agree to a direct debit.
once you have a direct debit with them they will always raise it, lets say you start your direct debit at £100 and thats what is agreed well the following month it will be £130 if they get away with that the following month after that £170 if they get away with that the next month will be £250. if they get away with that the next month will be £330 if they get away with that the next month will be £420 if they get away with that the next month will be £580 if they get away with that the next month will be £760 if they get away with that the next month will be £920 if they get away with that the next month will be £1240. If they get away with that the next month will be £1630 etc etc etc.
doesnt matter how much energy you actually use they plan to lie and cheat and constantly try to take as much money from you as possible. You will always be fighting them over money doesnt matter how much money you have, how promplty you pay your bills etc. because they will always try to charge more and take more so your either fighting them over a small amount, or a much larger amount later it doesnt matter the amount they take will always increase until they meet resistance then they will fight tooth and nail for more and threaten etc.
They are the most desbicble company that exists in the energy sector and should be shut down. Even Viky coren Mitchel had problems with them, and mentioned on social media about been in tears over it.
I geniunely hate OVO and am proper celebrating moving away from them as a supplier.
