I don't agree with that one iota. Being (supposedly) "poor" is no excuse for dealing in a whole range of Class A drugs. Drugs cause crime & death. They made their bed etc.

5 to 7 years minimum imo.

If they were all legalized this wouldn't be a problem
It needs to be done properly with a bit of spend but it would pay for itself long term
