Beat? - Bounty incorrrectly not rewarded

Hey Everyone,
I'm leaving this here as apparently trying to contact anyone to assist via an actively working e-mail address is similar to finding the fountain of youth.
Below was a hand that took place earlier today where a split pot KO bounty was rewarded to the bigger stack on the table and not split between us despite myself and the bigger stack having the same hand...
Now I will admit that I've basically not played poker on Sky for the last.... 5 years? Well, at least consistently....But I don't recall split bounties ever being an issue. Have things changed? Are split bounties no longer a thing and are now only rewarded to a bigger stack now even if two players knock the same player out with identical hands? (lol).
Of course I could just be being incredibly thick, in which case then please do feel free to pull me up on it, but if someone could clarify the above for me then I would be grateful.

By a once-in-a-lifetime chance, I believe @waller02 is actually correct, as far as I recall, "split" bounties have always gone to the bigger stack here on Sky Poker.
