"MTT traffic was so-so, the Main & MidEx being the only guarantee misses, by £270 & £60 respectively.
The Main went to @JPDERRY who, as it happens, celebrates 16 years with Sky Poker today. Never ceases to amaze me how loyal players are to Sky Poker. It's the 2nd time he's won Predator Main, the previous occasion being in January 2022. Also has assorted wins in MidEx, Mega & Rewards Freerolls. He won last night's seat in a £7.20 satellite, as did the runner-up, @thedazzman, though they were separate satellites. In fact, it was a huge result for Dazzy, as he's never won a Main, even so, 2nd for over £660 was his 7th best result after nearly 6,000 MTT's, so a pretty big deal really.
The Mini was won by @FlynTimber who I see is now rated at 94 by Sharky, perhaps because he seems to do particularly well in £100ers such as Summit & BWBH. Runner-up was @Chrissydee with @steveysee in third.
@PAPABURG had a reasonable day, starting with 2nd place in a breakfast time £150 BH. In the evening, won a £3 All-In sat to Sheriff, & then won Sheriff itself for £480, & managed 5th in the 9 @ 9 too.
@Morris707 had been AWOL for 4 or 5 days, but soon found his rhythm & won both the 6.30pm £1k BH & the 7 @ 7 then ran 4th in the 19.30 £400 BH.
MidEx went to @RogueCell who seems to do best at the late night stuff, perhaps because she works late.
The £500 BH (@19.35) was won by @jams29 who I note has finished in every FT position in Main Events, 1st through 6th.

Bits & bobs of overlay last night spread across 5 events & totalling £459. Of that, Main (£200) & Reload (£225) were far & away the worst culprits, the rest were just loose change. Don't think we can blame last night's televised football for that, Rotherham v Wycombe is not exactly a match to set the pulse racing though it's always fun to see Fatty Evens getting over-excited on the touchline & blaming everyone & everything when things go wrong for him. Which is almost always.
Gold Rush Main went to @kinghigh07. The Forum Search function is playing up for me this morning - there's a thing - so I'm struggling to see his CV, but I do know he's been here since 2008 & as far as I can see, his last decent win was a September 2019 Gold Rush Mini. Tends to just play 1 MTT a night, & for a recreational that's a good thing imo, as multi-tabling dilutes the highs & lows of poker. Ideally, we need time to savour the big moments in poker, & we can't do that when 8-tabling. In 5th was @destinycod who later finished 4th in BWBH. I only mention him by way of apology really, as I failed to note his extraordinary Sunday night performance in my Monday morning write-up. Extraordinary? Well certainly pretty **** good - 1st in Turbo, 1st in a £500 BH, 2nd in the Major & 3rd in Quickdraw. I've shared tables with him on several occasions, & watched him at length Live & Online, & he seems to me to be the most naturally gifted player I know. God knows how much he'd win if he took the game a little more seriously, but maybe he prefers just messing around & enjoying himself. Nothing wrong with that.
I'm also obliged to - happily I might add - give special credit to @AlexaAJ who won last night's Mini, making it back-to-back Mini victories. With 300+ entries & no rebuys, & with a fiver entry fee, that one really takes a bit of winning, so to do it two nights on the spin is quite remarkable.
Big shock in BWBH which went to @Loganater who has taken 7 years to play just 19 MTT's here & appears to have disguised his undoubted abilities until last night. And BWBH is never easy, with the exception of @Swifteyyeu in 3rd it was the usual high class FT with the likes of @Alvez11 @destinycod @GFKIJKLL & @NChanning all vying for the win. Well done Logan Bloke.
It was an odd sort of day for @roxcom11 who spent almost all day on the site, but it proved worthwhile as he won 2 MTT's around 10 hours apart - a breakfast time £150 BH then the tea-time £800 BH.
@Jubbles69 seems to manage at least 1 decent win every year, in 2023 it was Mini Gold Rush, in 2024 the £800 BH, & last night they topped the 9 @ 9.
Playing for only the 6th time in 2025, the provocatively aliased @MRHUD won Reload.
@JumboJim33 completed a hat-trick of MidEx victories, though perhaps fair to point out it's taken him 8 years. Even so, only a select few (well, fewish) can boast three wins in any Featured MTT.
Usual Suspect Watch? 7 @ 7 went to @chkngeorge, @bigfatfish took the Rebuy BH, Mega went the way of @ILIKE2FISH, @Natnug took Turbo & @JessieaK took home the Quickdraw trophy.
Finally, I did want to mention the continued improvement of @River_Fox who was 4th in Quickdraw & 2nd in Head Hunter. Seems to have improved noticeably of late, & more importantly, is a recreational who actually enjoys their poker, win or lose. You'd be surprised how many recreational players only enjoy poker when they win. Which makes no sense to me at all.
