"@destinycod has been MIA on Sky Poker since Tuesday but returned with a bang last night, winning Avenger Main for over £1,600, & 3rd in Turbo, not bad from just 6 MTT's played. It's totally impossible to ever say who is the "best MTT player" on the site, but he's in with a big shout imo as he seems to read situations down the streets so well. 2nd was @waspy77 who only returned Thursday from a 3 month hiatus, with @jscorgie 3rd. In 6th was @winner5603 who won Wednesday's Predator Main.
The Mini went to @Clooty who has been here for ever but I barely know. The only significant prior result I could find was 1st place in a Sharpshooter Mini about 5 years ago. Runner-up was @jammyfker who is really breathing some fun into the Forum, and his Table Chat is refreshingly interesting too.
On Tuesday @FlynTimber won the £110 Summit & so nearly won last night's £110 BWBH only to be thwarted by @purpleaki from a typically tough BWBH FT. On an otherwise solid night for MTT traffic, this one came up £400 shy.
As I suggested yesterday, now that @GFKIJKLL is back from his short break it's bad news for everyone else, & he checked in with a win treble last night, Mega, Turbo & MidEx. Pretty rare to see 3 featured MTT's go to the same player in one night. 4th in MidEx was @MAXALLY who had earlier been 5th in Orfordable.
@CANBLUFF was another who had been MIA since Tuesday, & he marked his return by winning the £800 (formerly £1,000) BH.
@Dealwithit had been MIA for a month until returning last night to single-table to the win in Quickdraw.
The Vegas Quarters continue to attract decent numbers, & last night it made 4 seats & £28.20 to 5th. Seats went to Tina @karlluke @Super_Oli @MARBLEFLAW (I think that's three in 3 nights?) & @THECHIMP with the cash going to @JW79
In the Elim Freeroll, @ACEGOONER took 1st place. Earlier in the week @baxter21 won it on consecutive nights & opened up what looked like an unassailable lead, but @eon1961 who was 4th last night is finishing like a train & is just 8 behind now with two nights remaining.

With Man U & even Spurs contesting minor European trophies, & another day of almost tropical heat, MTT numbers were poor again last night with £621 of overlay spread across 7 MTT's, with the Mini (£150) heading the league table of misses. Hopefully cash-game traffic, which is typically more resilient, held up better.
@grinddd won the Main, so since the end of March has now won a Main, Turbo (twice), Quickdraw (twice), Mega (twice) & Reloads, plus 2nd in a Sunday Major. Overall, has won the Major 5 times, & has also took home close to £5,000 for winning a big UKOPS. The much-improved @shad8604 was 2nd, and in 3rd was the man I dread to see walking down my street, @GrymR. In 11th place was @Mrwank which was interesting. Juvenile aliases seem to abound in online poker, despite the minimum age being 18.
The Mini was won by @dbwins who plays it most nights, & was 5th just 3 nights earlier. It was a decent podium, with the lower steps occupied by @Suitnboot & @ToddB. The clear outlier was @goldnballz in 5th which rather suggests that God loves a trier. @shad8604 seems to just get better & better & had a great night, 6th in the Mini allied to 2nd in the Main resulted in an FTJ cash bonus of £200 (which has been paid), and also made the 9 @ 9 FT, finishing 3rd.
@Sharki0 headed the Usual Suspects in Sheriff, with the possible exception of @Ms2108b in 4th who was playing just their 8th MTT since late January, & first two (played the Main as well) for exactly a month. Has a rather odd attendance record, MTT dates played this year have been 31st January, 3rd February, 6th February, 1st April & 1st May. Wonder what they do the rest of the month?
@FckwivKatz began April by winning a Rebuy BH then won last Saturday's Sharpshooter Mini. May has begun well for him too as he took down the £800 BH.
7 & 7 went to @UweRosler2 who is presumably named in homage to the German striker who was Man City's leading goalscorer for 3 seasons in the 80's, although I remember him better & with more affection as manager of Brentford FC for three seasons.
The Rebuy BH was won by @dave62 who was back on site at 06.15 this morning "winning" a £30 Timed. Has a decent CV which includes wins in a Predator Main, a Hitman Mini & a £1,000 guaranteed Rebuy BH. His username reminds me of my favourite "Fast Show" character, eco-warrior Dave Angel...
9 @ 9 went the way of @jordan94 for the second time this year as he won it in mid-January too.
@hhammerhea won Reload for the 3rd time in 3 weeks & umpteenth time overall, then made it a £3.30 entry win double by winning the £3.30 affair that kicked off at 11pm.
2 wins & a 3rd yesterday for @TheNit22 who started the day by winning a tea-time £200 BH, then was 2nd in the 11pm £300 Turbo BH before ending the day - or starting a new one - with a MidEx triumph. He's an absolute Gent in the Table Chat although I imagine he gets some stick due to that "Nit" Alias. There's a very strange thing in poker whereby everyone claims to dislike & lack respect for "nits". Makes no sense at all really, it's just frustration because they are hard to beat. Which is precisely the idea....
In addition to those already mentioned, Big Boy Watch included @StayOrGo (Turbo) & @loosecamel (Quickdraw).
That's enough for today. The Bank Holiday weekend starts here, with sport galore including the Guineas weekend at Newmarket & of course the climax of the World Snooker. Don't you just love the sporting calendar?
