Weird Censorship

Just playing the orfordable and having a chat. Tried typing in 'nought' and it gets starred out! We were just wondering what words get censoredfor no obvious reason. Think everyone has got one they've been surprised to get starred out, 'forest' is another

    Tranmere used to be a problem word when posting on the forum.

    Forest struck me as very odd.
    Fix seems unnecessary.

    When playing a tourney and reaching the break, I used to enjoy a brisk **** to make the 5 minutes pass quickly. Cant even tell folk about that anymore. :0(

    There are loads of em tbh, I like it when you only get 4 asterisks whern trying to type in a longer word

    As someone who is known as Forest by a lot of players, I have never been able to get an answer as to why its censored. 

    even support dont know.

    i thought jacks is no longer starred out? i emailed them about 'jacks' and they unstarred it when i was playing a while ago.

    forest is no longer censored in the forum - thus why you have been able to post it.

    ah right.

    when building the profanity filters on the forum we had to use a standard Sky template used for all forums associated with Sky. i didn't work on the table filter but i know for a fact the forum filter contained some unusual words that possibly should have been allowed and i'm guessing this could apply to the tables too.

    Gradually as points have been raised i've been removing inappropriate words from the forum profanity filter (like forest). I'll certainly have a word with the guys who control the tables and let them know this.
