Live Tournament Structures

I am to be involved with new live tournaments at a local club and like the idea of a computerised clock displaying current blind, next blind etc that that everyone can see easily (I have played at other clubs where the tournament director just called out the level changes and it lead to a few errors). I can write the software for the clock but would like the ability to easily and quickly create a structure based on the number of players, buy-in, initial blinds and running time etc.

The features on the website http://blindvalet.fr/ are what I would like to replicate (I could use this site but the club does not have internet access). I wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of a blind structure spreadsheet or similar where I can see how good blind structures are calculated.
