Is there ever a case to raise/shove here?

Firstly Im going to apologise for not having a hand convertor as it was on another site. Tried to keep it as simple as possible.
Key Info:
6 max table. 50NL. All 3 players involved have full $50 stacks.
Two of us are both 50NL regs. We have played with each other a fair bit and know each other's game very well. Other guy seems tight/agg. Don't have too much info on him.
Folded round to me on the button I have 85s, I make it $1.50. SB whos tight and definatly would raise with a hand here flats for $1.50. BB is the reg. he makes it $9.
He knows my button raising range is huge, almost any 2. This is the perfect squeeze play for him and I know hes totally capable of making this play with any 2 and I would do it in his position.
Do I ever have a case to 4 bet here or is it just too much for me to do so? And even if I do so I can't garentee he wont shove any 2 as he knows I could be re-rasing with air knowing he's squeezing.
