your thoughts please

played this hand in the deepstack earlier, originally put it down to bad luck but looking at it did i play it right?
probably should have raised more preflop. but after he called i had him on A10 upwards or pocket pair after the flop him calling my pot raise im thinking hes on AJ upwards and possible flush draw the 7s good for me so i decide to get hi all in.
any thoughts would be apreciated

    Need to know stack sizes here, as it could be better to raise more pre flop, or just shove.

    You played it fine. You got your money in good and got unlucky. Just raise more pre flop.

    +1, just keep playing like that, ur an 80% fav on the turn, cant get better than that

    u shud raise more pre but i think the hand plays the same either way just ul

    he had 4.2k (12bb) i had 8k (20bb)

    i agree but i got lucky in the fact i only got one caller and the flop and turn went very nicely think i had him so pot commited before the river that he was never going to fold.

    Hiya mate i was on your table when this happened and u was unlucky..the guy just never laid down a draw he did the same thing later on and won again.

    cheers rob it was just one of those hands when you scratch your head and try to work out his thinking if hes decided hes going for the flush come what may why not shove after the flop
    after not being able to work him out you start to think you did something but as you say he never laid down a draw all night.
    ps did see your unlucky in the chatbox wasnt ignoring you i just clicked close wind when i saw it and couldnt get the table to open again.

    Yeah i no what ya mean its so much worse in tournaments when they do it aswell!hope you got a note on him now lol  and no problem mate after that hand i didnt expect u 2 hang around lol.
