And ironically your venn diagram looks like the foodstuff that invalidates Donut64's statement and therefore the venn diagram.

A broth is any meat, fish or veg boiled or simmered in liquid! So technically a soup is a broth but a broth is not necessarily a soup!

Egg soup.  Egg is neither meat, fish or veg so simmered in liquid it is not a broth.

So...a stew can be a broth and a soup can be a broth but a broth can't be a soup or a stew? Nor can a soup be a stew and an egg is neither stew, soup or broth...Hmmmmm

Can you Venn that for me Vince?

In Response to Re: Ask Orford? : Probably that you want to sleep with your mother because she used to make you eggs.  Then again Freud said that anything any of us do or anything we dream about means we want to sleep with our mother.  Moral of the story?  Freud's mother must have been well fit.

    Hi Rich,

Could you please help with with a dilemma?

I have a question that I wish to pose but I do not know who to ask.  Should I...

    1. Ask Tikay?

    2. Ask MAXALLY / SKY_RICH / SKY_BERNIE?

    3. WWHD?

    4. Ask Orford?

    5. Dear Diedre (Pu)?

    6. ask blackfish3

    I eagerly await your reply.

    (Edit: Thanks Mr_Miyagi)

There was also an ask Blackfish, which I personally think gave the best poker advice of all of them.

Or my favourate Dear Pu who I think gives the best advice overall.

No brainer Machka- you ask me.

If however, you want a useful answer- I suggest you ask someone better qualified. Your cat, for example.

Hiding behind a drinks machine, scared that your boss is going to catch you on the phone to Sky Poker (a la GregHogg) is not optimal play compared to the tranquility and easy access toilets of a tree in the open air. So well done for picking that particualr location for you call today, Aaron.

That said, Greg beats you hands for refreshments. So you may want to bear that in mind for future calls...

    Hi Rich,

Question for you - What is the slowest you have ever seen someone embrace a new technology, for instance Twitter, when all their friends, colleagues, pets, etc have been using it for years?

Tsk! I am currently in the office dusting down another masterpiece script for tonight's live show. Ahem.

But rest assured, I will deal with these impertinent questions in due course.

    The cheek!

After two and a half years the Ask Tikay? thread has now reached the heady heights of 4000+ posts.  After nearly two years the Ask Orford? thread is having trouble breaking into triple digits.

Do you think you need to try harder?
